Was gonna leave a nasty review about how the sandwich maker was on his personal phone the entire time while doing my sandwich he had it held in the collar of his shirt with it on speaker talking in another language talk about unprofessional mixed with crappy customer service probably why I only got 5 pickles on a 3 ingredient sandwich when I asked for extra but hey based on the reviews this place has been going down hill for a while should of taken it as a sign when i had my last bad experience at this same location

The Subway down the street from me used to be one of my favorite places to go. The food was always really good, and I loved stopping by. But lately, things just haven’t been the same. They have a drive-thru, and sometimes you can sit there for 20 minutes with no response at all. And when I do get my food, I’ve had items missing from my order more than once. When they’re actually on top of things, the food is great — it’s just not as consistent as it used to be.

I rarely write reviews, but I've never been to a subway which has been so consistently wrong with every order I place. Today, I drove 50 mins just TRYING to get my actual, correctly made, ~$30 subway order. My original two subs? The sauces on them were switched, and the sandwiches were completely soaked.

Oh, and don't think about calling and explaining that you're already home, and asking if you can simply get them replaced tomorrow, they'll tell you that you have to bring them back now if you want anything to be done about them.

The workers inside? Very nice to speak to. Their policy on fixing their sandwiches? Absolutely atrocious.

Literally, go to Dunkin or McDonald's, at least if they mess up they'll write your name down for when you come in the next day. Or literally go to any other subway, just not this one.

Oh, by the way, after driving those 50 minutes to get our food fixed, it turns out replacement sub is STILL wrong 🫠 Didn't find out until I just got home.

I waited for five minutes at the store in Jay, Maine, with no employee in the store. I walked around the store where the employee ANDREW was yelling on the phone to somebody very aggressively. He looked at me and said what do you want? I told him I was picking up a DoorDash, she told me it didn’t exist and kept yelling at me when I told him he was being unprofessional and rude He never gave me the DoorDash.

Long wait for sandwiches in drive through. Prices in store apparently more expensive than through the app. Employee didn’t know how to ring order in or how to print receipt. They literally fled when I tried to ask any questions. Not worth the wait.

Ordered 3 sandwiches on mobile. Got to the store and was informed that our sandwiches were not ready and that they had lost the receipt. Waited over 20 minutes for out sandwiches too be ready. Once we got home. We opened the sandwiches to discover that they were not made correctly both sandwiches had lettuce and we only ordered one with lettuce also both had pickles and we had only ordered one with pickles. When we called subway they only offered to remake one sandwich. The girl was EXTREMELY RUDE. She told that when you order on mobile that you have to take the sandwich the way they make it. Also that we should just pick it off! That is absolutely not true. The manager was working and didn't come to the phone to help with the issue. We will not be going to this location EVER AGAIN
