Understaffed & poor management. There’s always something they don’t have; bread, veggies, cookies. They discontinued the honey mustard sauce and rather then informing customers they’ll put nasty dijon mustard on your sandwich.As others have mentioned the drive thru is an excessive wait I assume because they never have more then one employee working at a time. As someone who has gone to this location multiple times per week due to no other option aside from McDonald’s there has never been ONE occasion that I’ve been given a single napkin. Not sure if this is management being excessively cheap, or if no one’s been trained or has the common sense to provide napkins with orders. One occasion my child wanted a cup of ice water with their meal and we were charged almost 5$…..for one cup of ice water. The girl kept my receipt, so not sure if that’s the norm, or again the management being excessively cheap. If you’re in the area the trip to Farmington or Turner location is worth it.

Kid working there doesn't seam to want to work. huffing and just plan grumpy....put bare minimum amount of stuff on the sandwiches...

Today, I made an online order-tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Didn’t get tomatoes. The only thing I am impressed with is how good they are at always messing up the order. I never take time to leave reviews but the experience I have every time there is worthy of a review.

There is never any bread and they don’t make any sandwiches right. And then defend making it wrong. I’m so glad putting bacon on someone’s sandwich who didn’t want it have to have it. The point of ordering ahead is so you don’t have to watch them make it.

I have to start off by saying, had I written this 4-6 months ago, the rating would be closer to a 2-star, but Management has taken feedback seriously and been working hard to hire new staff and improve the quality of their products. The pandemic hit this location pretty hard and they struggled to keep staff from leaving and taking advantage of Maine's unemployment benefits resulting from COVID. I can't hold that agains the General Manager, but it did impact the quality food being put out and made it difficult to keep up with the demand and traffic they got from customers. I used their survey opportunities, after several purchases to raise some concerns around quality and speed of product delivery. I got a response and an apology letter from the GM. To go to that length to address a customer's concern is admirable. Since then, they have been able to get staff to stick around, the food quality has gone up and the service time to getting the final product has greatly improved. I believe the drive thru still has areas of improvement because it still is a bit on the slow side, but I am confident that will improve. I do have to give props to an older worker who recognized I was lactose intolerant when I asked her to remove cheese and avoid a dressing for a salad I had ordered. She was quick to point out which options would best suit my dietary needs. Overall, I am basing this review of the last several interactions I had following the lockdown and the fact the GM took the time to respond to my survey responses and address some of the issues I had raised. I applaud that.

It is disappointing that this store does not have the gluten-free bread like the Farmington store does. I think all the stores should offer the same items, & need to be up with the current trends.

I went in today and the service was amazing. The one man working was very polite and was doing such a good just even though there was a rush. He was amazing and made my sandwich great. Matt and Sam have to be my favorite workers.

Ordered a steak and chicken sandwich. Got all steak, no cheese, and way too many black olives. Always have problems with the Jay subway... HIRE A NEW TEAM..

To the young man who made my sandwich last night 4/25. This is the 2nd time he has made a sandwich for me and the 2nd time I have had the best sandwich from this Subway. The service was also The Best. I would come to the store every time he is working.
