I live in the Finger Lakes Region of New York and we have lots of coffee roasters to choose from. But none of them compare to Carrabassett Coffee Company (in Maine!). First of all the taste of their coffee is amazing. It's smooth, no funky under taste or after taste. Second and really important is their service. They ship my order very quickly and notify me of it's shipping status. They are so friendly and courteous if I have any questions. Third their price is very reasonable. I like ordering from them and drinking their coffee.

We were in Maine for a wedding in 2023 and stayed at a B&B that served Carrabassett in the dining room. I told everyone how good the coffee was at my B&B. I even sent a text to a friend back home. I was delighted to find out the B&B sold bags of it and brought some back to Philly. Then my husband learned we could order it online and we haven't bought another coffee since. Everyone I've served it to at home asks what kind of coffee we use because "this is really good!" My love affair with coffee in general is for the ages and Carrabassett's Time & Tide is my greatest love of all. I tell my husband I'd leave him on Christmas morning for this coffee and when I die to bury me with a bag 😂 Dramatic? Yes. But it's REALLY good coffee

We used to have a favorite place for whole beans in our own state (DE), but Carrabassett has completely taken over our coffee shelf ever since a local shop started importing it. It's absolutely fantastic--smooth, fresh, free of any bitter notes whatsoever. It's just magical coffee, impossible to have a bad cup. Favorites are the Carrabassett Classic, Northwoods, and Einstein. Love their lighter blends in particular. So glad to have stumbled on them; if we ever take a trip to Maine we will make sure to visit in person.
