I have gone to this restaurant since I was 5 years old use to go everyday with my kids. The new ownership has changed everything. I have eaten there three times since the food is not as good the prices are out of control and they turned another great restaurant into another hipster tourist trap. I really had hope for the new owners and their ideas. I hope the new owners and the woodsmen the best and that they find the root which grew this place into the icon it once was.

Don't get in any rush if you're eating here. Super long waits, average wait time is about an hour after you order your food before you get it. Food was okay but nothing special. Small diner in the middle of nowhere.

Went here for breakfast and fell in love with the place before even getting our food. The staff was kind and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.
Definitely don't skip their specials, both the huevos rancheros and eggs benedict were fantastic.
