Honestly it’s shocking to see so many good reviews in recent time. Used to be a regular here, sometimes coming in couple times a week. That being said it’s very disappointing coming here nowadays! The service is terrible, the food is terrible, and the overall experience is bad. They give bread with the meal that’s hard as a baseball. The menu is half of what it once was, leaving you very few choices. I’ve given it a few chances now but how many times can you be disappointed and continue to return? If you’re looking for a below average experience I suggest going.

I took my wife to Longfellow's for her birthday last night. This is our second time dining there. Last visit was for my 70th birthday in December 2023. We decided to try the pan seared pepper crusted tuna appetizer , with wasabi , pickled ginger and pickled seaweed. Utterly mind blowing!! The flavors and textures all melded together quite nicely on the pallet. We loved this appetizer!Next was Angus beef tips, medium rare and the wife had the Salmon special. It's a 40 min drive from our home in Solon, but well worth the drive.The atmosphere was great last night, big party upstairs, not too many patrons downstairs, so you could talk without raising your voice. This all made for a very memorable birthday for the wife. This place will be our new go to dining spot!Try them , guarantee you'll be very pleasantly surprised.Prices are very reasonable , service was very good too!

My friend and I had a wonderful dinner at Longfellows. The menu is varied, and delicious. I think it's the best restuarant meal I've had in months. Service was great too! The only complaint i have, is ,more seasoning on the zuccini.We will return soon!

Nice local restaurant, delicious food, and amazing staff. This restaurant is small, quiet, and relaxing. If you're looking for a bite to eat or just some drinks (they do have a small bar), this is definitely a go-to. There is access to the snowmobile trail right to the restaurant. I suggest making a dinner reservation as this restaurant is popular and does get busy.

I loved the atmosphere, I loved the food. I know myself enough to know me and my family are VERY easy to please. This waitress was so obviously rude, it was truly disappointing. That may not be others experience, but it ruined our experience unfortunately. I’m not sure if it was because we were “out of towners” but blatantly obvious how we were treated vs others around us

On September 30, 2023, Longfellow's Restaurant catered my daughter's wedding. The staff set up grills and cooked the most delicious buffet meals any of the guests have ever had.The bruschetta, Caesar salad, mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, steak, chicken, and vegetable lasagna were perfect. They are amazing caterers.The staff is friendly and professional. They deserve more than 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a spontaneous stop on a motorcycle leaf peeping trip. It will certainly be frequented! We were lucky to be able to walk in at 1pm on a beautiful Saturday, I think there was a line the rest of the time we were there. It's wonderfully cozy inside- to the point I felt like I was in a pub and thought I could get some mulled wine (it's not a thing there!). We had very good, juicy hamburgers. I loved the black and blue and my partner loved his habanero burger. We both got chips- they are homemade and so good. We will definitely be back, it seems like decent street parking too.
