The one of the workers at this Dunkin’ Donuts was very sweet today when my girlfriend and I were there. We are not from the US and she took time to recommend us a local fair and was generally pleasant to interact with.

Welcome to the Dunkin’ inside Walmart in Lamoine, ME—where the coffee is hot, the smiles are on backorder, and the ambiance is 90% cortisol, 10% broken dreams.
The staff? Mostly friendly locals, which means they’ve already reached their yearly tolerance for “So, how far is Bar Harbor from here?” One woman behind the counter had the energy of a cat forced into a bathtub—zero smiles, zero “please” or “thank you,” just pure summer tourist fatigue. Honestly, I can respect that.
When I pulled out a metal chair to sit down, no joke, the screeching sound could be heard in the next town over. My ears were ringing.
We sat at the “coffee counter with a view” of Walmart’s produce aisle. Prime real estate for people-watching. Today’s highlight? Banana Guy. His entire existence is dedicated to replenishing bananas at lightning speed. Bro was like the LeBron James of fruit stocking.
Four stars: Coffee was fine, vibes were weird, and honestly, 10/10 entertainment value. Would recommend to a friend.

The lady with short hair - half blond, half brown was really stressed out and she didn't realize how rude she came off to customers. I highly recommend the management find a more adequate and friendly personnel. She complained because I placed a large order. Didn't even greet me at first either. Another girl with blue hair and piercings all over her face walked in and yawned, then she walked away. The image of this place is far from great.

As I was walking. By I heard a girl make a comment like “I don’t understand how a person can just sit here for half the day.” For all that girl knows,which I found out her name is Annika. But for all she knows the person who walked out after me had no where to go and was waiting for the storm to pass. She is very rude and needs to learn manners

This is a good Dunkin. I worked here once and I can say the manager makes everything by the Dunkin standard. They are really quick and effecent compared to other Dunkins. They may become overwhelmed when it is really busy because this is a much smaller facility with less people and less equipment. So it's best to go here when it is not busy.

The lack of customer service in this location is appalling. The management should all be fired for allowing employees behave this way. I stood there for more than 30 seconds. One girl looked at me and walked away without acknowledging me. The second said hi and then walked away without taking my order. I left and went to AROMA JOES!!!!!
