I wish I could give negative stars. Went through the drive thru and got my order. They messed up the order so my boyfriend went in so they could correct it. He came back out to it still not being the correct order. So I went in, I was never greeted, just stared at by these 2 boys. Who then one of them started throwing cups on the floor complaining of how he doesn’t even make $15 an hour. Very unprofessional and annoying to deal with. Not to mention charged me for the wrong order and did nothing about it.

So I've never been to this particular DD's drive-thru. The person was pleasant enough but they forgot the liquid sugar (I ordered a large latte w/extra shot), the shot was weak and the toasted sesame bagel w/cream cheese barely had 1 tablespoon of cream cheese. I was too far down the road by the time I noticed everything to go back. They were not busy. The food handler/server has one job - get the order right. Will not stop here again.

Every time I go here, the drive thru takes forever, they are NOT organized. The 1 star is for the convenience, it’s a great location if they can get their act together.EDIT:Since the last post this location has improved immensely! I did give them another try, and found the staff were more organized, friendly and service was so much better! WELL DONE!
