if i could rate a 0 i would, forgot half my order and then gave me attitude about it when i came in to ask where it was, then some woman lied about having served my car and handing out our bags only to find it on the counter and shove it in my face! awful service, awful attitudes.

I've been to alote of Dunkin s this is the worst Dunkin I ve been waited atlease 20 minutes for a coffee the Pepsi was 3 dollars for a 20 oz bottle never again I will stop there and I don't recommend this Dunkin to anyone it sucks big time

The experience i had this morning at the lebanon dunkin donuts in maine was less than stellar. It was very unprofessional. I drive for uber eats, I was there to pick up an order for a customer who ordered online. I arrived at the store at 10:23 the order was supposed to be ready by 10:29, I stood there for 25 minutes after I asked about the order. An employee asked what I was waiting on and I politely answered. Another female employee told the other employee that it would be a few minutes as door dash is not priority. I responded to her mumbling under her breath that statement that I was not rushing her. This employee purposely kept skipping making the uber order until she emptied the store. So customers that order online are not a property to this establishment? This customer had to wait over an hour to receive his order because she felt door dash and uber orders are not priority! This was very unprofessional of her especially saying that stuff with a store full of customers. I don't have names of employee as none have name tags.

Wish I could do negative stars. Went through drive through got a coffee and 2 hash browns...drove off...coffee was pretty much water and hash browns were cold not even cooked. So I turned around to at least have hash browns cooked. Went in was greeted with attitude cause I didn't want to eat cold hash browns. But in the end didn't even eat them cause the gentleman brought them around the corner out of sight to cook and while they were being cooked all I heard was someone having a major coughing fit out back same area were the food was being cooked. Then that person came out at the same time as the guy was bringing me the hash browns talking to other workers that she dont know what's wrong with herself doctors dont know either I just couldn't bring myself to eat them they went in the trash as I walked out the door. Won't ever return to this dunkin.

I wish I could give negative stars. Went through the drive thru and got my order. They messed up the order so my boyfriend went in so they could correct it. He came back out to it still not being the correct order. So I went in, I was never greeted, just stared at by these 2 boys. Who then one of them started throwing cups on the floor complaining of how he doesn’t even make $15 an hour. Very unprofessional and annoying to deal with. Not to mention charged me for the wrong order and did nothing about it.

Lebanon location has the best staff! They’re all very kind and know how to make a good coffee!

So I've never been to this particular DD's drive-thru. The person was pleasant enough but they forgot the liquid sugar (I ordered a large latte w/extra shot), the shot was weak and the toasted sesame bagel w/cream cheese barely had 1 tablespoon of cream cheese. I was too far down the road by the time I noticed everything to go back. They were not busy. The food handler/server has one job - get the order right. Will not stop here again.
