This dunks stinks. Went in stood there at the counter for like 5 mins. Employees walked back and forth but no one could take my order. Then someone did but she was not the friendliest. And she got my drink wrong it was so gross. I went back in stood at the counter another 5-10 min watched employees go back and forth no one was working counter. Finally I gave up and just asked the guy doing drive thru drinks if he could fix mine. That was all I wanted. He didn't have much personality either. Never even said I'm sorry or anything. Also i applied to work here bc I have 5 plus years experience in dunks but they wouldn't hire me. But glad to see they didn't all their employees have terrible customer service skills they are all rude. I don't want to be associated with that, I'm better then they are. Even the gm has a bad attitude

made a coffee with literally 0 coffee in it, I live 20 minutes away and was told I needed to bring it back 'tonight' as if I waited until the morning, which is more convenient for me as I have somewhere to be tomorrow, that 'I could do anything to it overnight'. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted with your customer service. of course the little scared kitty cat wouldn't give me his name so I could shout him out on here personally. I will be returning tomorrow morning and getting a free large coffee, that's what I should have gotten right now but instead it is just hot water and cream. your cashier needs to be taught manners and have a better attitude, 1-21-25 at 4.30 PM.

all these employees hate their jobs. some food was cold some was warm. employees were rude, i get this is a dunkin and it’s not ideal but it is customer service after all. be happier or go work somewhere else where you don’t have to talk to people. they are not happy to be here, they are not friendly, they suck at juggling lobby and drive through in a quick manner even though there’s at least 6 of them here. at least food wasn’t bad though.

Lived near Lincoln for almost 4 years now this Dunkin’ Donuts maybe has gottrn it right three times total. I did not go there for many months but tried it again today with their new six dollar meal deal. They charged me extra allond milk and then didn’t put any in my coffee.

At 8:00 Tuesday 6/25 I pull up to the drive thru. Someone says "I'll be right with you" I wait....then 4 minutes later...I see someone get out of there car, crush out their cigarette and walk in. So the girl waited till her stoogie was done, then walked in. At this point nobody still asked for my order. I drive off and see the girl walking up to take my order. I was on the road by then. How freaking rude I had to wait till the cigarette was finished..ugh...if I could've given a 0 I would. Shame on you

They are, unfortunately, quite often out of certain types of donuts and other breakfast pastries. Sometimes the person waiting on you will just kind of saunter over slowly, clearly not in a hurry to help anyone.

I don't know whose been making the donuts or my lattes the last few months but you guys are doing awesome. Everything tastes good, service is fast and nice, no complaints at all

Typical Dunkin' atmosphere. Food is okay. Drinks are pretty good, never had a bad coffee. Most of the people are really polite and kind, but there is always a few that aren't. Just be prepared.

Put in a mobile order for a drink, wrap, and donut. Went through the drive through and they only gave me a drink so I sat there for about 7ish minutes waiting for them to give me my food as they were just standing there talking not paying any attention to the fact that I was still waiting at the window. Finally decided to go around again to the speaker and let them know i still needed my food, they then gave me a bacon egg and cheese wrap, i only ordered an egg and cheese wrap because i do not eat meat so i couldn’t even eat it.

Honestly great experience while on vacation. Coffee was well made and even my fiancé complicated order was done correctly, great location and great atmosphere.
