Placed a pickup order and they couldn't bother to give me 2 items I paid for and the bag was shut and taped up. On the receipt it was clear I had 2 cookies I paid for, but apparently it was too hard for them to read and include what I ordered.

When you order on the app, you don’t get what you order.. the girls either can’t read or don’t care.. and if you go in person, they’re out of everything.. worst subway in the United States .. We can tell Heidi doesn’t own it anymore

We ordered online and got three sandwiches. Asked for 2 to be toasted, none of them were. I asked for chipotle sauce on mine none was on there, I had to add my own. One of the sandwiches had mayo on HALF of the sandwich, and had no vinegar on it.

Kind of busy in there, started working on on line sandwiches, then took my sandwich. Puch it down the line, woman didn't look at me or say anything, assuming it was a on line order. Went to checkout, told the guy and said to get back in line and they could make it again. I know this get busy, it was 3 pm in the afternoon. Should pay more attention to the customers you have in line!

According to the app I was supposed to be able to get a bogo half off. I didn't get half off a footlong after ordering 2 footings. One was toasted, one wasn't. The one not toasted, the bread crust was very dry and tough.
