Drive thru around 1pm. Very fast service WITHOUT a smile. Cold fries and burger patties that seemed hours old, dry and barely warm. I like Wendy's for it's hot crispy fries and juicy burgers but never seem to get that at this location.

I think your service pretty bad when I have to ask to get my food hot twice an waiting for over 20 minutes is ridiculous when no one else is in the line what are u guys actually getting payed for to go out an vape an not actually do your job you guys just open not long ago an already shity

Pleasanty surprised tonight. Made my app order, arrived and was met as I approached the counter by a person to take my order. The norm has been to be ignored because they won't take counter orders but want you to use the kiosk. I told him I was picking up an app order, and was told it was being made, and it was handed to me in just a couple minutes. The norm has been that after I got someone's attention and told them I was picking up an app order they eould find it and start it. My order was correct, and topped fries were in the correct container and not a chili cup. I hope tonight's service is the new norm. Oh, and the dining area was clean as well. If you've been avoiding our Wendy's due to a prior poor experience, you may want yo try them again.

Feleshia Beach

So get there wait at the counter for 10 mins waiting for someone to show up to take order then tried finding a clean table haha husband had to clean the table off with water and paper towel from the bathroom. When asked the person at the front counter said they had NO napkins in the store one lady asked for a rag to clean her table u would have thought he would have taken the hint and come out and start cleaning the lobby instead of walking around back doing nothing 🤔 went to fill our drinks and they are out of about 13 different drinks so that was a bust.... After a couple other reviews think we will stick to mc Donald's or subway very disappointing

There were no napkins in the place. Very little ketchup available. And worst of all zero chili! Had to return to the building for our French fries. The place was disturbingly unclean from touch screen to restroom.

Me and my work crew decided to endeavor a trip to the fine dining establishment known as Lincoln Wendy’s… The dining room which primarily was home to patrons waiting in line was a fine experience at first, until I returned from the counter with my tray of food to see a wriggling mouse beneath my chair. We moved away from the dying critter as another family in line shook their heads in disgust and left. A few minutes later an employee came out, picked up the rodent, and carried it back into the kitchen.
That being said, my Dave’s double was cooked well enough.

Food is as good as any wendy's. Service was nice but exceptionally slow. It took about 5 minutes to take our order sitting at the intercom. There was only one car in front of us. I'm not sure what the problem was, but just slow with everything. Everything else was fine.

Always a crap show. I only get the right sized meal half the time after waiting for 25 minutes. I know i can't go during the day because I can't take an hour or more for lunch. I like Wendy's but I just can't do this one anymore. I can drive to the grocery store, buy everything and make my own burger and fry before I can even put my order in at the drive through.

Spent a full hour trying to order and receive one breakfast combo. It took three tries and the employee repeatedly reading off my receipt to me to make sure they got it right. They gave me the wrong food TWICE. It was literally just a combo #1 and a side of french toast sticks. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence.
