usually we have good luck with this location but tonight changed that. as we walked in we could hear screaming that was seemingly coming from the kitchen. food was okay but we had to wait a while all while the employees were continuing to yell and talk amongst themselves. for the first time since this location opened we decided to eat in the restaurant. as we’re eating, more screaming and yelling is coming from the kitchen, followed by and employee yelling “sorry, i’m a little autistic.” and as an autistic person, i found this incredibly rude.

Wish there was an option for a lower rating. This place is a joke with rude as heck staff. When the manager melissa is working the floor taking orders and can't figure out the screen she has an attitude with customers because she is incompetent and can't type in the orders. when i got to the window to pay for our meal she snatched the card from my hand and flung the window shut she then flung my card and receipt out the window .when i asked her name she slammed the window. The other manager served our food which was stone cold and incorrect. My husband called the store and Melissa hung up on him twice and they wouldn't answer my calls as our numbers are just a few digits different. So I was forced to go back to the store deal with the issue when I walked in, she had an issue right off, she. Refused to speak with me and grabbed another employee from making sandwiches, scoffed rolled her eyes and went back to running cash register. I spoke with Joe who I believe is the district manager. He was sitting in the corner on his laptop.
And as I explained to him, what had happened, she continued to make childish inappropriate remarks, rolling her eyes scoffing and making petty sounds absolutely The worst person they could have in a management position. I feel sorry for anybody that has to work under her.Truly making a terrible environment for all

Friendly service, fresh food and delicious food. And even though they were really busy in drive thru..they were getting orders taking and made and out the window in decent time. So happy a Wendy’s is in Lincoln!

Best value hots after a long drive from Bangor to caribou. Staff are caring and understanding, the food is hot & filling, and the experience is unmatched. Recommend anything with bacon, and the lime-flavored coke! Couldn't ask for a better late-night pick-me-up!

I truly wish I could give a -10 in this circumstance. I was traveling from Bangor to Lincoln and made the poor choice to stop at this establishment for food. My boyfriend uses the app no matter what Wendy's we go to, so he placed a mobile order. When we arrived to pick up the order (Drive-Thru) an associate confirmed that they had our order ready but stated that we would have to pay again as they had been having issues.. and sort of rambled on other things about charges getting returned after they say "paid" etc. I opened my banking app to see that we had in fact been charged for our food, and we had received a digital receipt for the order. At the window we showed the associate the banking app, where our charge had already been processed. She continues to insist that the charge is going to "drop off" suddenly and that we have to give her a card to run. My boyfriend and I both hungry and wanting to receive our food, we try to ask if the problem has been passed along to anyone? Why are they allowing mobile orders if it's broken? How would you know if the payment didn't go through? The associate stated it happened "all of the time when she worked at subway." My boyfriend didn't want to argue anymore and decided to just give her our debit card for a SECOND charge in order for her to give us our food. It made absolutely no sense at all. After trying several times to contact corporate through the app, the Chat feature, and Email, I decided to call the store back and spoke to a few associates who were blown away by the situation and had no idea why an employee would have done that and made a note for the refund. I called back a few days later after still not hearing anything about a refund. The associate who answered the phone tried to relay messages between myself and the manager and asked him if he wanted to take the phone, and he wouldn't. I told her it was ridiculous for her to have to repeat everything and he needed to just get on the phone with me. I have spent the last week now, trying to get Joseph King, to return the charges. I noticed today that I was only receiving the one refund and Mr. King states that he corrected the "over charge" as if that was good enough. Good enough isn't good enough for me, as I had specifically requested a refund for both charges. To give me back my own money was the bare minimum required of him, and that still took a week. The associate was poorly trained clearly, as I wasn't the only customer she had done this too, as she stayed it had been "happening for 4 days". Her own co-workers didn't understand what the hell she had done or why! I told him the bad review was coming, and here it is. If you value your $$ don't risk spending it here! and please for the love of God, Don't believe them when they say you have to pay again.

This is the 3rd time out of my last 4 visits that I've gone through the drive thru and sat at the box for 10 minutes or longer without being greeted by an employee and no in store traffic and no to minimal orders ahead of me. Tonight, I waited several minutes before finally saying "Hellllo?"... no response. So, I tried give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was a glitch , I backed way up and then drove forward to the box again. Still nothing. While it's been a few years-- I worked in fast food once upon a time and even years ago soon as a car got close to the box, the headset would ding and the audio automatically picked up from the drive thru box to the headset so you could hear EVERYTHING the entire duration someone was parked at it but, for some reason-- all 3 times once I've finally grown impatient and pulled up to the window, after I wait there several more minutes, an employee finally comes around the corner to get themselves a drink or something and finally notices me and everytime they say "Oh, geez! Were you at the box? You must have "slipped by me" or "my headset must not be working again!" which honestly just sounds laughable to think someone that just spent most likely $1M + to open this establishment would ever just allow a shotty drive thru system to go unrepaired within the first couple months of opening... the employees simply do not care, nor do they even try to pretend they do. They're rude, condescending, and I've never experienced anything like what I have here since opening. I hope management is able to find some decent workers before the damage is to great to repair.

Not sure what is going on at this location. It's filthy despite being a new location and a girl in the dining area sweeping like she doesn't know how to work a broom. It's incredibly slow. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving. Had to go in the store to get them to acknowledge me even though they had special parking and a pickup door/window. Once in the store they finally started my order behind everyone else, and it took another 20 minutes. Loud buzzers constantly going off. Is it employees or management or what?

I don't normally leave negative reviews however The Wendy's in Lincoln needs some serious help! I understand that most people don't enjoy working in the fast food industry and unfortunately it shows with this Wendys! Unfortunately so! Our orders have been incorrect on several occasions. When we have ordered a bacon burrito, we've been served sausage. Can't remember how many times I've gone through the drive-thru and wasn't given a straw or fork for my baconator fries, like how am I supposed to eat cheesy fries without a fork? Its the simple stuff that is being missed and the attention that is given to each customer is lack luster. Just this morning we ordered two burritos and fries and were only given one burrito. When we called and went back for the second burrito, that we already paid for, again we were given a sausage burrito instead of the bacon burrito purchased. SERIOUSLY!? Please make sure you check your bag, check your packages, and make sure to open everything before leaving the drive-thru to make sure they served you correctly. Really hope this changes but I'm not even sure I will know because I am done giving your establishment my money to not be served what I pay for.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received at any restaurant in my entire life. Often have to ask if someone can take my order then wait 30 minutes to an hour only for your order to be wrong or cold. I love Wendy’s in general but this place sucks!

Kind of annoyed when I place a mobile order then when I pull up to the window they tell me their lunch doesn’t start until 10:30. Every other Wendy's I have gone to is 10 and their mobile app says 10. Can you just stay organized.

Their food is usually pretty good. The first time or two I ordered they had everything perfectly correct. Even when I doordashed some. But the last 3 or 4 times I've gotten it I can literally taste mold embedded in the fries, and they aren't even hot when I get them.. pay attention to your potatoes I've worked food service for years and was even assistant manager of a deli and gas stations with kitchens in charge of ordering new of certain items and paying attention to the inventory and waste etc. I can see myself going inside that this is not how it's done. And just from tasting the fries it's clearly not being taken care of because it's now the last 3 times I've tasted mold in the literal potato meaning they are leaving moldy potatoes in with all the rest and just grabbing around them.
