Pleasanty surprised tonight. Made my app order, arrived and was met as I approached the counter by a person to take my order. The norm has been to be ignored because they won't take counter orders but want you to use the kiosk. I told him I was picking up an app order, and was told it was being made, and it was handed to me in just a couple minutes. Food is as good as any wendy's. Service was nice but exceptionally slow. It took about 5 minutes to take our order sitting at the intercom. There was only one car in front of us. I'm not sure what the problem was, but just slow with everything. Everything else was fine.

The food was okay. The guy behind the counter was distracted by an individual in the dining area and then kept grabbing a broom instead of waiting on people. The atmosphere was disgusting. The individual that was interacting with the counter person was dirty, clothes and appearance. Setting in dining area with belly hanging out (facing customers with arms draped behind the chairs) it was impossible to miss the sight.
