The owner is very attentive and really cares about customer satisfaction. I had one of my orders messed up and he went above and beyond to satisfy me. The staff is so positive and kind! I will definitely be back for many more fuel trips!

This location is literally the best. Their drinks always taste the best and it’s always the best service this girl that works all the time is literally so cool and it’s always so carbonated no matter who’s working… I only like a half pump of pomegranate and these girls always make the best drink!! Ten out of ten times it’s the best and that can be hard with multiple people! Yall are great!!

I went through the drive throu and ordered the new Popping Pumkin Spice Latte . I wasn’t impressed with it. Apparently they charge you for the cold foam. When it’s comes with it. You couldn’t taste the pumpkin spice flavor and I had no Salted Caramel swirl in there. This is the worse Aroma Joe’s . I will not come hear again.

After my last visit I just HAD to write a review! I never really write Google reviews but I definitely wanted other people to know how amazing the service here is. The women working there are always so kind and patient. I didn’t catch her name but a friendly employee told me on my way out the drive through that she put in my hash browns a little longer to make them a little extra toasty- didn’t even have to ask! She just *knows*. 10/10
I’m not usually one to leave reviews because frankly i don’t care enough, however, i’ve decided it’s necessary. i don’t know her name but the girl with curly hair and a neck tattoo was beyond disrespectful. not only did it happen once, but 2 days in a row. i gave her the benefit of the doubt as i know we can all have rough days, but the attitude and disrespect i got from her was uncalled for. Both days the window was slammed in my face for absolutely no reason, she was swearing at me and on top of this made my order wrong. the sandwiches were cold and the rush was completely filled with ice. she then stated that she only gets paid $11 therefor can treat people that way. i’ve worked at aromas in the past so i know between tips and payroll it’s way more than $11, and i’ve never spoken to a customer in that way. i tried to nicely talk to her about it but she wasn’t willing to have a civil conversation. i’m disappointed in costumer service at this location.
