I ordered my food it got done at 8:25 come around 9 I called the store and asked when it will be delivered the guy said whenever there’s a driver available I said ok then proceeds to tell me my food will be fine under a lamp when it finally got delivered around 9:30 over an hour later from when I food was done the delivery driver was so rude he was talking crap to my boyfriend for us calling and just asking about our food and proceeds to keep talking crap and walks away we kept saying it was fine we just wanted to know what was going on. My food was cold and hard as a rock. Both the delivery driver and the person on the phone was not very kind. I work in the food industry to understand sometimes it gets busy but all I wanted to know was an update and for my food not to be cold we didn’t get an apology for the wait or anything. Not very good service at all.

I usually have 0 issues with this place but todays order was awful I ordered a new york style pizza and it was uncut. I also ordered the bacon tots and half of the box was empty I took a picture of it but it wont let me post an image in this review

Out of the locations, this Lisbon location always makes you feel welcome, always have smiles, and if something by chance is wrong they will take care of it (within reason obviously like something wrong with the pizza itself) they are very friendly here. A few odd balls but hey, we all at least one right?
