I used to enjoy stopping here.. but now customers should be grateful if they even get waited on you will sit at the drive-thru 10 minutes and nobody comes to even take your order. After 17 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order I had to drive off. Save your time and just don't stop at this location

got a loaded chipotle hash… these are the driest “loaded” hash i’ve ever had… as you can clearly tell lol. and there was only 1 car in front of me and many behind me as i waited over 5 minutes to have my order taken. plenty of staff inside. sort of confused why both the service and food was extremely poor.

A newly renovated Dunkin. The service here is unfortunately poor. I ordered 1 refresher and 1 large ice coffee with cream and sugar. Somehow whoever was taking my order ended up thinking I wanted 2 refreshers. I asked for a refresher, not 2 or 3. Just 1. The employee refunded me for it which isnt bad. However when I received my coffee, it was all cream, no sugar. Completely cream. If I wanted milk, I would've gone to food city.

Whats with being served burnt food? Hows that even allowed idk the crew member dint know how to put my order in i ordered a meal but no one knew how to place it.. the trash was overfilling and tables/floors dirty

Literally the slowest drivethru around. Sat for 45 minutes waiting and finally just left and it’s not the first time. Whoever owns this particular dunkin franchise must not pay well or the work environment is bad because there is always new people working there. Avoid if possible

Between burnt sandwiches and this being the second time that I left the drive-through line because the drive-through was just so slow. They can do better at their lisbon location.

The food and the drink were not the issue during this particular visit. My one star review comes from this seeming like a one-man show and my start to finish experience time being longer than 20 minutes. There was one darker skinned, young gentleman, taking orders very politely, making the food and the coffees, while I witnessed an extremely wet Floor and three other employees texting and laughing on their phones while this young man did everything himself. I also saw another young lady come behind the counter pour a drink and then go in front of the counter and leave the restaurant as someone who’s been in the restaurant business for over 20 years. I am absolutely appalled. I wish I had gotten that young man’s name he deserves a raise and to be recognized amongst his management team for his hard work and keeping calm under pressure and being polite while having absolutely no help during a peak hour this was around 2:45 PM
While my overall experience with the cashier and the person taking my order was very very pleasant, I am quite perturbed to find that I did not receive the right order. Or at least I was not let known that they did not have what I ordered. I ordered two orders of veggie egg bites, and bacon egg bites. I am allergic to bacon. I called the store several times as I cannot return because I have to go to work, and this was to be my breakfast Only to find that the number does not work or does not lead me to talk to anyone.

The staff is indifferent, 3 employees working inside and not a 1 could be bothered to say good morning or hello. I’m glad I’m not this miserable at my job! On the plus side they got the coffee correct!

I placed an online order and sent it to the wrong store. Lisbon Falls Dunkin still made my order, no issues and it was ready in 5 minutes. So nice to fix my mess up!! Thank you!!!
