Lot of unique things to choose from, had the oysters, Halibut special and cheesecake for dessert. Absolutely delicious!

My only qualms were that I wish there were less options on the menu, maybe less sandwiches and more real entrees. And when it gets busy it's almost impossible to hear anyone talking at the table.

Always 5 star food!!!!! We've been multiple times and it still impresses us.
Recently had flux style oysters and I was in awe! I didn't realize how much better a plain raw oyster could get! The Asian salad has an amazing dressing with light heat and high quality sprouts and veggies with a perfect combo of the thin rice pasta (can't remember the exact term used for the kind of pasta)
Steak frites on the wilted green combined with hand cut fries is SO good. I was pleasantly surprised how tasty the greens were. My partner had their rabbit special with house made pasta and he was in love. The cheese cake is so yummy and I love it is a gluten free option. A recent dessert special was tiramisu and cannoli and my partner said it was the best canoli and tiramisu he's ever had!!! We love the berry spritzers altho not a fan of the taste of a paper straw. Would love to have a plastic option or glass.
My only downside to this place is I'm not a fan of their water options. Tap water does not taste good to me and not a fan of the sparkling water option myself. I'd love to see Saratoga water at this place!

We were told about Flux from a friend and we bee watching online the reviews plus photos and haven’t had the time to come over! 10 stars fir sure, from the hostess to the end it was absolutely what you see on the photos…. Delicious! Delicious! First took us by surprise was the best salad it was mouth watering to look at it but yummy from beginning to the end. I had the branzino and my husband the halibut. I love a branzino and it’s not anyone that can master the way this chef did, it was delicious. The halibut was so delicate and tasty as my husband said. The atmosphere is happy and service was top notch! We will be back and we will be bringing friends. We definitely will look back to be back. Thank you!!!

Decided on a whim to come here to celebrate my birthday this past Saturday. I have been stalking their Facebook page for years and decided to come here to try something new and special. Unbelievably, this ended up being the greatest meal I have ever had in my life. Every single item and drink was the best version of it I have ever had. The texture of the poutine was incredible, the pave potatos combined with the veal demi-glace was wildly good giving it a savory glaze. I had the duck for my meal and it was well worth the $50. The meat was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender and packed with flavor, paired perfectly by the black trumpet mushrooms. Topped off everything with the incredible Bubblegum Mochi Pavlova. A showering of different fruity bursts of flavor and texture. From the Jackfruit mochi, to the delicious sesame praline, mango curd, and kiwi. Literally changed the way how I look at food, I can't stop thinking about it.

Fun and vibrant dining room. Chairs were rather uncomfortable. Pricey all around especially in Lisbon Maine. A nice time but not as special as I had hoped for.

One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Was gobsmacked by how juicy and meaty the Chilean sea bass was, perfectly cooked and probably the best piece of white fish I've ever had. The potato paves in the poutine and fish and chips were also so inventive and delicious as an alternative to fries. Mussels were huge, plump and tender. Oyster stew special was creamy without being overly rich, and super generous with the amount of oysters. Frost gully cheese special was a welcome bright and refreshing dish among rich and succulent appetizers. Our server was lovely and felt omnipotent in a helpful way, picking up on relevant things we were discussing about the menu and responding to help us come to decisions. Overall felt like fine dining quality dishes but in a laid-back environment and I so appreciated that. So sad I'm not local because I'd come here all the time to try their frequently changing special menus!

There is no question, Flux is one of the best restaurants in the entirety of Maine, and would rank highly among all of New England. A reminder that you do not need to pay Portland prices, or demand white table cloths, to get extraordinary food.
