The bartender was very friendly and quick. I ordered sweet potato fries and they were brought very quickly and were hot and crisp.

We were looking for somewhere to eat and decided to try this spot that we have passed many times. T We got there a little early so we waited until they opened at 4pm. We went in, were greeted and led to a table immediately. We ordered our drinks (unsweetened tea and a rum punch). We ordered our appetizer (meatballs) which were so huge we were concerned they would be bland. To our surprise, they were very well seasoned and moist throughout. We ordered our entrees: grilled haddock with Cajun seasoning, shaved brussel sprouts with jasmine rice, and a Cajun seasoned BLT with fries. The food was delicious but in my opinion, the star of both meals was definitely the shaved brussel sprouts. I don't really like brussels sprouts but these were really delicious. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Frank's to others.

I love the new menu! Finally got to try it since new owners took over and was impressed. The Brussel sprouts were so good! We did go in a party of 5 and 4 of us got their meal while the 5th wait d another 10 minutes or so but she was compensated for the wait on her bill. Our waitress was great. We will be back soon.

I keep coming back, but I'm unsure why. Sitting here tonight, as we speak, and have had the worst customer service, yet again. We got our drinks pretty quickly, as all as the food, however, the sauce I asked for, as well as the additional I asked for, never came. They dropped off the plates so quickly, I didn't even have time to ask for napkins, a glass of water, or the darn sauce I actually requested. I had to leave my seat to find someone to get my order corrected. The waitress never checked on us, so we ate the whole meal with no napkins or water, and only got one sauce when we paid for two. This is the 5th time IN A ROW that we've experienced no attention to detail, incorrect orders, and poor customer service. At some point, we might have to take our money to another local establishment.

Many reviews here seem to be based on a one time experience. My review is based on an accumulation of experiences. The atmosphere is pleasant, the physical establishment is clean, the staff are friendly, the food has increasingly improved, from good to great. There is a lot of history in this location, specifically that of the local community. Old signs, photos, and other artifacts. In addition, the owners recently decided to switch to all beef patties, from locally raised cattle. A huge step and much appreciated by many. Also, if you are into the presentation of the food, it's on point. Prices are comparable to that of other quality pubs. Space is limited, wait time varies, definitely worth the trip.
Disappointing. I really had hoped for better. Overly priced for subpar/mediocre pub fare. Poutine was soggy with canned gravy and cheese not fully melted- we didn't finish. Kids food was overly priced, cold, and from a box. Salad had lettuce with brown edges. Service was ok-not great. And boy, was it loud. We had wanted to try out Franks for some time, given its historical place in the community and our personal preference to support local businesses versus chain restaurants. For the town's sake, bring it up a notch or two.

Cute pub atmosphere with a wide range of pub food and larger meals like steak tips and chicken parm. The food was pretty good. Everyone at my table seemed to like what they got, though one order did come out incorrect, but it was quickly fixed. Our waitress was OK. But maybe she was new? She seemed nervous and unsure. Otherwise, our party overall enjoyed themselves

Place was empty,, waited an hour for food. Bartender ( Jessica) was nice, but drinks were a measured pour, certainly no xtra ,, should have at least compensated a drink for an hour wait. Food was tasty, pasta should have been drained better, very watery. Definitely good flavor though…. Haven’t been in over a year,, probably won’t go back. Sorry, 70$ later, plus tip,, gotta do better.
