Bad location, tiny drive-thru, but the inside is very cute and clean. It's a good thing, because you'll be waiting in that cute space for a while. My order was red on the screen so they cleared it and put the tray tag on the monitor. My "5 minute" order was actually more like 15 minutes. Half our order was missing, the other half was cold. $20 for what? That hourly wage the kid up front just made...that's what.

So today was yet another reason why I remembered I don't usually eat at McDonald's. My two meals that I ordered one of them was cold right out the gate any other one was not fresh like I was led to believe that they had to make them my fries for both we're cold so two cheeseburgers and two medium fries all cold. Luckily the cheeseburgers were for my dogs. They just got the meat and the cheese but regardless it was all still cold. Just another reason again why I don't eat at McDonald's. And you guys don't give napkins you too cheap to give napkins $25 order and I don't get napkins either. You know I used to work at a McDonald's when we had to make sure food was hot and like most of them it was my first job way back when period but today you're overcharged, food is cold, and the buns are bigger than the burgers. And 25.00 is a bit too much for that garbage and please take those nasty french fries off your menu or exchange them. This location was Lisbon falls and the way the drive-thru is is ridiculous you have your drive-thru line going through and in and out of the parking lot which is completely absurd. And I don't know how you have lines going that long because your food is not that good period as for your cheeseburgers that I got for my dogs they wouldn't even eat them. You just slap stuff together and call it a good sandwich. What happened to pride what happened to dignity what happened to giving customers the quality that they pay for?
This is the cleanest McDonalds in 20 years. Service and food were perfect. Please keep it up, I’ll be back! Thank you

I’ve been going here relatively consistently for a few months now and they were good at first, food was hot and ready when you pulled up and they always got the order right, but in the past few weeks in seems they’ve slowed down considerably and they are constantly forgetting items in your order. What’s the point in paying if your gonna have to turn around and wait in the 10-20 minute line again to get something that should’ve been in the bag in the first place, yall literally have itemized lists of what goes in the bag and yall still screw it up?♀️

I bought a frappe last week here and was told by the cashier helping me that I could get a free sandwich with my frappe...she had heard from a consumer ahead of me in line...wish they had told me that be4 payin...lol...so I get up to the window and asked the gent who handed me the drink and he asked sum1... I am assumin it was a higher up...he came back to the window after a brief moment only to tell me no they do not honor that there,,,I said it says u do on my receipt I can show u he just looked at me like a deer in the headlight kinda look...lol...I dunno...I said that is not an anwser to my question hon...he said sorry and shut the window...I said "wow!" and drove off...really disappointing...not very professional there...lol..and that is my home town... hahahahaha...
