Friday night the line was out to the road in the drive through. There were maybe 3 workings inside manning thr drive through, front counter orders and making all the food. They did not stop for one second in the 20 plus minutes I. waited inside for food. I told them how great of a job they were doing instead of being upset about the wait.

This particular McDonald's is the worst Mcdonald anywhere in this state, right next to the Topsham Fair Mall McDonald's. Their coffee is always great in Lisbon, but we're always missing items we ordered or gotten the wrong order. Very disorganized, and several attitude driven employees whom get mouthy at times. Just their coffee is GGRRREEEEAAAAATTTTTT!!!

It took a long time to get and it wasn’t even busy and I ordered a plain burger with just no bun or anything just cheese for my dog and it was just a patty no cheese and a bunch of onions all over it

Your drive thru needs to be re-thought. I wasn't even visiting your store. I wanted to go to a neighboring store but couldn't get past your line of cars. Not very neighborly of you.

Placed an online order, waited close to 5-8mins parked to wait for my food. Sat there as 4 separate cars that literally just ordered leave with their food, and I wait even longer, the person comes out and ALL my food is cold. These people allowed my food to just sit there and get cold as they fulfilled and delivered 4 separate orders before bringing mine out.

Bad location, tiny drive-thru, but the inside is very cute and clean. It's a good thing, because you'll be waiting in that cute space for a while. My order was red on the screen so they cleared it and put the tray tag on the monitor. My "5 minute" order was actually more like 15 minutes. Half our order was missing, the other half was cold. $20 for what? That hourly wage the kid up front just made...that's what.
