Food was pretty good after we sat down and waited an hour and 20 minutes for it to come out. Very limited seating, and the locals seemed to have most of the attention along with the high end drinks while ours sat there empty. Server was nice when she was actually present.

This has to be some.type of a front

They have no music
No atmosphere
Only take. Cash
The staff cannot take orders
I'm just wondering what kind of establishment this place is

“i put a sign in the door saying our kitchen is closed”

No you didn’t
just stay closed, it’s a Saturday and you’re not serving food🤨 weird
she also seemed like a lazy/rude waitress anyways. Complaining about customers to other customers then telling them (referring to my friend and i) “i have to go deal with these two now”

My aunt and uncle used to frequent here, must usually be mornings when they go cause the afternoon crowd sucks

We arrived and sat down and placed our order. 30 minutes later they come back and say the French fry price was wrong and changed it from $4 to $8.95 after we placed an order for 4 fries, 2 haddock sandwiches and 4 hamburgers, then after 1 hour the 4 hamburgers and 1 haddock sandwich come out, Wait another hour and still are waiting on our other haddock sandwich and fry basket since they only gave us one after changing the price AFTER we ordered. Then tell us there is only one cook and its going to be a wait for the food.

After another 30 minutes pass by we decide to leave because it was to hot to sit and wait and on our way out they finally bring the last haddock sandwich and fry basket.

If you KNOW you are understaffed. Advertise it at the entrance or at least have the audacity to tell all incoming customers. It is not okay to be waiting out in the blaring heat for food if you aren't going to be upfront with the wait time. COMPLETELY unacceptable and not a good way to run a business esp. with a damn festival in town. You know it's going to be busy. At least advertise a wait time or say something.

100% will NEVER go there again and will deter anyone I know to not go aswel.

Two and a half hours later and I had to get my money back. They brought the hamburgers our table ordered but couldn’t manage to get my fried fish sandwich and fries done in that amount of time. Was just a confusing experience to say the least.

If you like being yelled at by drunk senior citizens while trying to harnlessly walk your dog, go here. Apparently it was quite entertaining to establishment at large, judging by the laughter. Sloppy and rude, get a handle on your clientele.

If you like listening to "baby got back." And watching older women drink first thing in the morning this is the breakfast place for you and your family. We definitely will not be back. It says diner online, but it's for sure a bar that serves breakfast food.

Went to Railroad diner with some friends for their Saturday afternoon Blues Jam. Had a great time. The food was pretty good, well cooked and seasoned. Drinks were great. The bartender she had a nice heavy pour. It was really cool that they let any musician get up on stage and jam. Lisbon has a few talented musicians out here. Can't wait to go again.
