Sam's Italian Foods

I bought 2 Italians it cost me $32 and it was horrible all onions barely any other veggies 1 slice of ham and barely any cheese it was awful I will never order again from there don’t waste your money people 5 thumbs down 👎

Most garlic I've ever had on a pizza. 5 stars.

I went with my friend and I normally love it here but the girl who took the order didn't acknowledge me and let me friend order and gave her the total before I could say anything I asked for pepperoni Genoa salami and cheese oil salt pepper and she told the order back to me I said yes and she put all the veggies on there even though I told her not to I would have said something but she was the person in charge at the time so instead of having her pick them off veggies sever me the same sandwich I'll just do it myself

I know someone who works there her name is Ryley- she took my order and proceeded to tell me my total without asking my friend her order- then after I turned and asked my friend what she wanted Ryley rolled her eyes and proceeded to take her order too- when we were done she repeated the order back to us and we agreed and we watched her make the sandwiches we paied for she made mine correct but for some reason because she “hates” my friend she ignored her request of no veggies just the genoa and provolone cheese and pepperoni and oil and salt and pepper- put ever veggie on it and then basically threw it across the counter at us. Not impressed by the red shirt on this girl as seeing that would make her manager on duty and in charge… unreal behavior

We live close by its perfect place to get a quick little dinner. The first time we ordered there, I showed up during the pick up time and they haven’t even started my order just completely forgot. Ordered again today, they made my wife’s sandwich but forgot to make my calzone. Truly don’t know how it happens. We love the food it’s delicious just slacking lately is all. (My wife’s sandwich had one slice of turkey)

If there was a button for zero stars thats what i would give this place tonight. My husband called to ask a question about the large one topping pizza for $10 if we could just do half of a topping on one side and the lady was very rude and I asked a question and she hung up on my husband. Then I called back and she was being rude again then charged us $16 instead of the $10 for pizza, worst service ever . And our pizza is burnt ??‍♀️

Food is good here and the environment is relaxing. They have music playing while you eat. Not much wait time on your food. They also let you use more than one coupon at a time.

Sam's in Lisbon is always a place I like to go grab an Italian.We stopped in today for lunch and my family was fortunate enough to have our sandwiches made by Jason! Not only were the sandwiches fresh and flavorful but he walked them over to our table with a friendly smile. Five stars for sure! Also I hope you guys keep doing deals on Italians!!

Love their Italians, expensive though.

Girl with major attitude , sloppily threw things on roll , was impatient as she was on the phone apparently when I got there , bad sandwich , rude attitude.

Bread was dry, not the same Sam's that I grew up with. $2 for extra pickles (4 slices of pickles), pricing them selves shut. The grocery store next door probably had fresher bread.

I know we have inflation when I get a large meatball sub with only 2 meatballs quartered and put into a foot long roll and drowned in sauce. FYI I would rather pay double and get the sandwiches you served last year.

They are struggling with staffing issues. I think it's important to support this local business.
