I order the same thing at Dunkin every day. I have it saved in the app. It's not hard a large iced caramel latte with liquid sugar. I don't know where they are finding their new employees. But, if you have ever worked at a Dunkin before it's not hard to make. A large iced cup, whole milk, put the cup under whole milk and hit the latte then large ( it measures the milk for you), brew 1 espresso shot, a large iced drink is 4 of everything (unless the customer asks for different things) a small iced drink is 2, a medium iced drink is 3 and a large iced drink is 4. 4 Caramel, 4 liquid sugar, 1 espresso and milk. The way I have always made it was whole milk 4, then 4 caramel, then 4 liquid, do all of that while the espresso shot is being brewed. Dump the shot into the drink. Add ice. Then here comes the hard part for new employees you stir the drink and mix it up. Now regularly they want you to do ice first but I like doing milk first because I'm always afraid if I put the ice in first the milk might overflow. Which it has done on me with the small iced drinks before. Now that most of the GOOD people who KNEW what they were doing are gone for some reason. There are about 3 people there that I like and that know what they are doing. Now when I go on my app and order my latte my husband who went to pick it up for me. Should not have to return it 3 times to get it made the right way.
This dunkin has the worst customer service. I come in most of the time daily to get coffee and a friend and client breakfast each morning. I never complain even when the food that was ordered was wrong. Today I came in and asked nicely for the food to be made correctly because my client complains when it's not made correctly especially when he pays for it. The gentleman in the grill area was rude about it. To a point he went out of his way to make it all incorrectly on purpose. All people ask for is a little kindness and try to just get their food correctly. A little kindness would've helped. Especially when you don't know what people are going through in their life. I've been going to this Dunkin for years and never had this issues even when asking nicely to just make sure it is right. Usually everyone is polite and respectful. But today was not one of those days. And to everyone thinking it was funny and laughing about it, the jokes on you. Again, you don't know what people are going through, maybe one day you will learn to treat people and customers right.
This place has the worst customer service. Last week I went and waited 15 minutes behind a car at the drive-thru window that never got their food. I had to leave. Today I tried to place an order but the woman wouldn't refuse to help me figure out the name of the drink. She just kept telling me to go around and around when there were already 10 cars behind me. This is by far the worst customer service I've had in a long time. I wouldn't go here as I think the quality of the food sucks but all I wanted was a drink and I had a $25 gift card that was just given to me. I wound up going to Cumberland farms. I hope Aroma Joe's opens up here this place needs to be closed down in the people fired
made my drink wrong twice
This is an absolute horror. Coffee tastes watered down. Bought a mocha and got hot chocolate. Doughnuts are mostly stale

It's dunkin. Hopefully get what you ordered but no guarantee. Black coffee with espresso shot, forgot shot. Okay at best coffee but when you want it it's there. Avocado toast is pretty alright.
This location usually does ok but this morning sent my ice coffee out without the caramel and whip cream I asked for. I had them remake it and they still got it wrong. Then she didn't wanna fix it. Like ten cars behind me. Then gave me no straws. Like I said most days this location does ok.
Went to Dunkin this morning to go get two iced coffees the red-haired teenage girl rudely said be right with you and then walked away and said someone take front. So another lady came out front she took my order all I simply said was why did you say you're going to be right with me and then walk away so they decided they wanted to talk their little group in the back room and then continued want to give me a death stare and I looked at her and said that's fine you can give me a death star all you want. I asked if Brad was in they said I don't know I said that is fine I will just get a hold of Dan and Jackie I am sick and tired of coming to this Dunkin everyday feeling like someone always has an attitude. I think the best work of their is the gentleman with the blonde hair and the glasses he is so nice everyday. Yes I have worked for Dunkin before and yes I have been a shift leader and I feel like you should get your customers order first and then continue whatever donate case you are doing after. I don't know what is going on with this store but I wish something would change but unfortunately that will never happen.

I ordered 4 bagels with cream cheese. The guy at the front accidentally charged us $6 for cream cheese that I didn't order and I only noticed after going over the receipt. They gave me two of the four bagels after a ten minute wait, then I had to ask after another 10 minutes of waiting for my other two bagels. It was busy at this time, but it's 4 bagels, it's not rocket science. Overall bad experience.

Didn’t get Drink or food because after using the restroom I noticed a sign saying that they deep clean the bathroom often and there was old poop stuck to the bottom of the toilet seat. I know it’s old and That bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in at least a few weeks. If the bathroom is that nasty how nasty is the rest of the store?

Decent service from the staff (fast friendly). Food is a D- at best. Don't get donuts on a hot day. You get a serious mess. Rarely is the coffee order accurately made. There is always too much cream and sugar. The rest of the menu is a letdown unless rubber bagels and limp, thin bacon is your thing. Worth an hour and a half drive to the nearest Tim Hortons or make breakfast at home.
