I've came thru drive thru a few times around 6am and service is very slow with wrong orders everytime. What's the point of ordering if the make what they want to give you.drivethru shouldn't take 30 minutes

Sean and all of his coworkers are great! They all had a very welcoming and happy attitude, and went above and beyond to make sure satisfaction is achieved. While we were waiting for our food, a woman (unsure of the name) ran out to Sean’s car to get our dog a treat. We always love coming here!

Waited in line for twenty minutes for the woman to say sorry I can’t take your money. So they either A. Wasted it by dumping it out or B. One of the staff got a free drink, because it was already made but she can’t give it to me because she can’t make change for a $50.

Isn't the slogan "America runs on Dunkin"? Then why is this particular one owned and operated by all Chinese people? I won't be going back to this one..I'll support a different Dunkin that's American owned even if that means traveling out of my way!

This is the place to go if you have 20 minutes to waste. People leaving left and right because they were sick of waiting in line.
If you've been to one dunks you been to them all with a few exceptions, there are some bad locations out there this location how ever is not one of those locations

Drove to this store, waited in line, was told ti hold on. Waited almost 5 minutes, ordered, and was promptly told the machine used for my choice was shut down for closing. It was 3-1/2 hours before closing. Very disappointed.

Terrible, cashier had no idea what she was doing, nobody was inside and I waited forever for my food while the drive thru line was put over the customers in the store.
