Yikes. It's a no for me..
Great pizza and neat cozy atmosphere. Sit by the fireplace and enjoy a drink.
Just returned from Funky Bow Brewing. We have visited a few times and it is such a great place. Beer is excellent, very friendly vibe, good music, and the dogs are so much fun. We met the owner (Paul) and his truly adorable labradoodle today. It was a wonderful way to spend a few hours.
Funky Bow Brewery is definitely one of the most unique breweries I’ve ever visited! We stumbled upon it while driving around the area and decided to stop in for a drink. A big thing to note: they allow dogs. And while we LOVE dogs (we couldn’t resist petting the ones running around), I can see how this policy might not be for everyone. The dogs roam freely and off-leash in a large indoor/tented area, which can feel a bit chaotic.
A couple of things I wasn’t thrilled about: the brewery is cash-only, and there’s a $3 cover fee. For what? I have no idea — there was no live music or anything like that during the hour we spent there.
As for the drinks, the beer was… fine. I had the IPA, and while I didn’t love it, I’d probably drink it again. The highlight was the pizza. It was phenomenal and made up for some of the other lows.
Then coming to funky since the year it opened and it never gets old. Very lucky to have this close to home and heart🩷🐶
We LOVE going to Funky Bow! We’re not too far from there, so it’s definitely become one of our “go-to” spots. Staff is super friendly, music is always on point, and the beer and food is ALWAYS delicious! Our pup and kiddos are always happy when we visit!
Shout out to Misty tonight as my dog was being dog shamed for being a Rottweiler. She came to our defense knowing that she has been at the brewery numerous times without any other incidences. Thank you for going above and beyond and I am sorry you were even put in that situation. The people around us couldn’t believe it was happening. Thank you! The Roberts!
Most family- and pet-friendly brewery we’ve ever visited. The music was so good (I don’t particularly care for Country, but I was dancing), their beers are top of the line and their pizzas creative and very tasty. And Paul, the owner, was very welcoming and entertaining. Wish the Funky Bow was closer to home, but will definitely make it a required stop next time we’re in the area.
Definitely aptly named. So laid back and fun and great beer! Dog and kid friendly. What more can you hope for?
I was there today with some old chips I spent thirty two dollars on those a few years ago they said they would be good Forever I guess They? lies cheat And Steel
. We used to hear them on the radio? I guess.
Things are getting bad over there With that kind of customer service. I see why. I will never go back I will tell all my friends and relatives not to go. Good luck.
I guess you needed the money more than me

HORRIBLE place for small children with “free run” dogs on property- Dogs of all sizes running through the entire property— knocking children down, dogs stealing children’s food out of their hands. Staff absolutely careless. Would not recommend for families with young children or the elderly.
If any of the following bother you, don’t come here:
Great beer
Tasty food (pizzas, a couple of burger options, loaded baked potato, and sometimes other stuff)
Amazing entertainment
Kids and dogs running off their leashes in the wild and doing kid and dog things
$3 cover to people & dog watch + music
Frisbee golf -extra cost
The main woods and all the laid back vibe plus dirt and bugs that go with it
People and dogs kicking up their heels and having fun
We love the atmosphere at funky bow and the pizza is to die for. We don't drink beer but they do usually have one cider option. Wish there were more options for non-beer drinkers but we get that it's a brewery. Usually there is great music playing and a friendly crowd.
Great beer and experience. I didn't have any food, but was told over and over again that the pizza is amazing. It's back in the woods a bit and off the beaten path, but that is partly what makes this place special. It's like you stumbled upon a hidden gem that only you and those other beer drinkers know about. Lots of dogs.
