I get take out from the Madison Subway about 3 times a month. I order on the app and have never had to wait. A couple times the order got a little messed up but for the most part they get it right. Staff is always friendly and appreciate my business.
William and Adam provided excellent service and were pleasant to talk with while they worked. When I said I wanted everything on my sandwich they were rare employees who took me at my word and didn't double check for each vegetable addition. All the veggies were crisp and fresh making for an enjoyable meal with family.
The food is good and Shawna is always great. The other *sandwich artist* seemed far too excited to yell at us as we came in the door, "Only 5 people allowed in the store!" True, but we didn't know how many were in there before we came in, obviously (there were 6, btw). She redeemed herself by making our sandwiches perfectly; however, I was still taken aback by how happy this bit of control appeared to make her.~
