Was a bit loud with more people over the holidays. The food and service exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to go again in the summer.

We had a relaxing, & peaceful experience in this farm to table restaurant and setting. The BBQ smoked brisket was fantastic and memories made were priceless!

Mary and Bob are incredibly nice. When you arrive, they'll talk to you like an old friend. The food we had was so delicious that our three-hour drive was well worth it. The chowder was packed with chunky seafood, the salad dressing was tasty, the scallops were perfectly cooked, and the duck was excellent. The roasted butternut squash was really delicious. We finished with a chocolate torte, which was amazing.

We missed the view since we arrived after dark, but my mom and I are planning to come back in the summer to see it. Overall, the almost three-hour drive was definitely worth it.

Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I love everything about this place. The view of the Western mountain from the farm. The conversations before dinner. The meal is superb and hosts Bob and Mary have a flair for hospitality. Plan ahead for a reservation.

First visit to this restaurant and not the last. Every detail has been painstakingly thought through. The dining area has a high end rustic charm. The owners greet you as if you were having dinner at their home. They have one seating 6:00 for about 30 nicely dressed people. Each Sat. night the menu changes. Book way in advance! The wait staff are friendly and efficient. Then there is their chef. He is culinary school trained. I loved his calzone appetizer and wonderful chocolate dessert. It is hard to find a restaurant of this caliber anywhere but especially on a dirt road in the middle of farm country in Maine.

Unique dining experience, food was excellent, atmosphere was cozy with a million dollar view but the people set this place apart. Warm and friendly is just the start. Thanks, Bob and Mary, for inviting us all into your Saturday night dinner party.
