I watched an employee open a brand new Carmel pump bottle with her mouth this morning while I was in the drive thru. š¬She held the plastic tab in her mouth while she poured it into separate bottles.

I love supporting small business's, and I am always searching for new ones to try. Iām pretty disappointed with Riseān Grind. I have stopped here several times as itās on my way to work at 6am. When I first got this, the food was delicious. We didnāt really care for the coffee. The customer service was severely lacking. We thought maybe they were just having a bad day and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Some of the employees have really great customer service in the morning which is great because that is the first encounter many of us have on our way to work.
**** Today, September 19 around 6:45. I stopped in for breakfast because your food is fabulous while I was waiting for my order the same lady who had poor customer service skills, opened a brand new pump bottle of caramel with her teeth she then proceeded to hold the tab in her mouth while she poured it into smaller bottles. That is absolutely disgusting and not hygienic to serve to customers.***
Also every time I have gone there, your employees have kept the window open and talked about really personal details of their coworkers lives, which is also not really appropriate for the customer to hear while theyāre waiting for their morning coffee.

Donuts were good, just wrong. Coffee was all syrup. Says opens at 6am but that's drive up only. We had an RV and planned on this as our first breakfast stop. Can't go through drive thru with an RV

Arrived just past 2:30 PM wanting coffee. Young girl was working alone and doing well with the drive thru and understandably we had to wait a while. When she was able to get to us, we were informed, " No coffee drinks, I have to shut down at 4:00". We are in the area for a while, won't try again.

i cant say what the coffee was like because they weren't open. we stopped in, thinking they were open because on their facebook page they didnt say anything about being closed...we have tried to get coffee here several times - always closed...
Food is great, service is fast and friendly! Even gave my puppy a bone!! We were both happy with our visit to Rise and Grind!

Huge fan! Not only do the ladies know my drink, they specifically stock the flavor just for me..well, and anyone else who might like an Andes Candies flavored coffee, latte etc. ā¤ If you've never been stop in for a visit, you'll become a regular too.

This is my go to spot each and every morning! I pull up and they know my order, the girls always have 3 treats ready to give my dogs, and Vannah writes little notes and shapes on my daughters cups while also adding her favorite sprinkles on top just to make her feel extra special. Each food and drink that comes from this shop is made with love. These girls put their heart and souls into their work and it shows. Just the other day I wanted to surprise my boss with her favorite coffee from the drive through but didnāt know what she gets, so I messaged the owner and she instantly wrote back even though she wasnāt even working and told specifically what my boss likes, nothing better than a small town shop that remembers peopleās orders. Youāll never be disappointed when you shop here.
