Claims the units are heated online but they're not. My biggest issue is, I needed an extra unit a few months back, so I rented a small 5x10 for $55 dollars. At the point in time of renting the extra unit I used my mother debit card. Since cancelling the unit I've been charged every single month, with no way of removing my mothers card from the website or cancelling via the website (which is illegal under the new 'Automatic Subscription Law' of 2025). I've contacted John several times trying to get this cleared up but still have to deal with the it the first of every month. At this point he's not even returning my calls and my mother is not receiving any refunds. Very shady business practice, I'm not sure if he's hoping I'll just forget and he can continue to squeeze money from me but this is ridiculous.

Black Bear Mini Storage is a great place. Right on 302 in Naples. They have great rates and have never had a problem there. They are very friendly.
