I just wanted some bacon! I stop in a couple times a week at the end of work and usually get a hot chocolate and some snackn bacon. The past three or four weeks the bacon is either really stale or I squeeze the bag and it literally crumbles into bacon bits. So this time I went in placed my order and even asked politely if I could get some that wasn't old or burnt the lady takes my order said yeah no problem and then never even told the person who is making my order what I asked. I get it but I know damn well if one of them came in and placed an order they would be asking for it to be made fresh I just think there should be some kind of minimum standard when serving food and if you can't get bacon right one of the easiest things to make aside from maybe a scrambled egg then I'm not expecting much from their other items. Please do better.

Never received such rude service at a Dunkin Donuts. Ever. The tall young man that waited on me acted like I was such a bother getting donuts and a coffee. Last time I checked thats what is served here. Spent over $25 here and regretted stopping at all. 10/8/25@11:50 in the morning, Naples Maine. He needs an attitude check or perhaps a better fitting job

I totally give up on Dunk's all of them. Why can't any give the service commiserate with the prices they charge! Nothing worse than a cold, not-toasted bagel with 1/2 lb of cream cheese. And the coffee, YUCK forget the creamm. does anyone read the order placed....do better, DD!

Ordered 2 ice coffees and they were aweful, coffee tasted like it was burnt and it’s not the first time this has happened at this location. The female employee told me it can’t be burnt it’s ice coffee, unless I’m missing something I’ve always brewed coffee to make ice coffee.

It's a Dunkin.... coffee, donuts, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. This Dunkin is all about Jazzy taking your order at the drive thru. She's simple Awesome!!!
