A really quant and local pub and restaurant with good entertainment, beer and food. The burgers are excellent.

Was not impressed with the 1st time being there. After waiting 15 min for someone to take or drink order, we ordered soups and our meals. After about 15 min I asked about our soups, with a snotty attitude “they’re coming” I told her I’d like to enjoy them before our meal comes. Finally soups come, less then 5 min later the dinner comes, now the food is cold by the time we finished our soups. Maybe a little better Training is in order. Asked to talk to someone about this, all we got was a bill & “have a nice day”, nobody ever came out. Poor customer service. Was looking forward to this to be a new handout.

My friends and I were there yesterday afternoon, for a late lunch. Two of us got the "cheeseburger special" served by a sweet waitress in a timely manner. 5 hours later we were both violently ill...volcano style... I called to tell the chef he might want to pull any hamburg left over from yesterday, and why. He was apologetic and promised follow thru. My friend's husband suggested we should be credited or reimbursed, so I called back and spoke to the woman who said she was the General Manager. She did not offer credit or reimbursement and instead kept stating that nobody else had reported being ill. I kept leading her toward her "better self" by saying that I wasn't looking for trouble, had good experience the previous visit and wanted to be a loyal customer, but she kept holding me off- implying I was probably lying. By time she begrudgingly hinted that she might move in the direction of reimbursement, I thought to myself: I would never go back to a place that poisoned me and then gave me attitude anyway, and just hung down. What an idiot! Did nobody ever go over the basics of customer service with her??? We will never be back, and will tell everyone to avoid the place! She missed her chance, despite numerous prompts by me, to make a bad situation better!!!!

We love Garys!!! Our favorite Naples Summer time hang, but! You can visit year round and it's such a great little drive and get away. Service is always awesome. We had a new server our last visit but she was absolutely phenomenal. We'll always return to Gary's!

Coleslaw was bad (fermented) as well as the clam chowder. Told the waitress but did not seem to care. The kitchen clearly has an issue with understanding food safety. Won’t be back.

We’ve been here many times beforehand for lunch or early dinner. This time we went for my girlfriend’s birthday on a Thursday night for Karaoke. It’s started out pretty dead around 8pm, however an hour later it was packed and the regulars were barely visible with all of the kids/younger adults. We had a nice seat around the firepit and had a good time. We left around 930 to let the kids play. Highly recommend the steak and cheese sub. We love Gary’s and will always come back.

Great place for live entertainment!

Went for family karaoke on the patio. Plenty of seats for people there to sing and dance. The biggest reason for my low rating is the patrons smoking on the patio. This place could be so much better if they asked folks to smoke outside the property and not on the patio. Since this was a family karaoke event, all that cigarette smoke was a huge detractor to the evening.
