Really dislike the all-virtual menu, tipless service, and order by phone. If this is the wave of the future, I want no part of it. Dined with our phones - out of necessity - to order, no waiter/waitress, etc. Feels like you're working the whole time. Not relaxing at all.
We had a 7:15 reservation and had been before so we understood the ordering process. We followed recommendation to put apps and drink order in first. Apps came and were great. At 7:58 we were told the kitchen closed at 8:00. We quickly put in our food order even though many items were out of stock including gluten free options. Limited menu selections. Was hoping for more of a seafood selection. Ordering system sucks. It was pretty easy for us to figure out but definitely took away from the experience of relaxing and being waited on. Won't be returning. The other couple we were with had difficulty navigating the QR menu system and became frustrated with the whole place. Really put a damper on a relaxing dining experience.
