The crew working at 12:30 today was outstanding. They greeted customers as they walked in, managed a long line of customers seamlessly, and projected a happy, welcoming vibe with all their interactions. This sets you apart from many of your competitors in the area! Great job management, and all of the team members working today!

I contacted them about checkout issues with the app. I explained the issue to the person that said they were the manager. He said to come in and he would work it out. Unfortunately when I got there after I placed my order there was no manager and neither to the two men working offered to help and said who ever I spoke with was not correct and they couldn't help. Needless to say I was overcharged $20 and received absolutely terrible service from the acting asst manager.

Let's be real,it's a subway. No one thinks of fine dining. This one was clean, employees well kept and the food was decent. But please bring back the five dollar foot long

Owner was there and waited on us. I use to work at a chain and this woman takes pride in her work. Worth the stop and food was on point. The place was clean and would come again.

@ time in 3 weeks that the staff forgot to make bread, so when you go in they tell you there is no bread to make sandwiches, and you will have to come back. also in the past 3 weeks, they forgot to prep chicken, roast beef and steak. This location needs management. we will not return to this location again. Don't order a sandwich with app, cause when you get there, they will tell you have to wait 30 minutes because they have no bread
Great choice for a quick bite on the way to my granddaughter's concert. Subway quality is consistently high at this location.
I wish I got the 2 boys names closing thursday 2/6 one of them closed tonight 2/7 they are both so kind, efficient, patient, hard workers. I was so impressed by the quality, portions, and perfection of our family's sandwiches Thursday we all decided to come back again Friday. Great job guys! And a great team! We appreciate you!
Honestly such a disappointment to the subway name, every time I come to Naples there are nothing but problems. To start my little sister wanted food and subway is the closest to where we live so with her money she decided to get a sandwich for herself. The order came out to quite a bit so I requested the receipt which the girl has hesitate to give me. Turns out two drinks that we did not get were added onto our order. When I said something and requested a refund she came back with âwe donât do refundsâ and continued to argue until I said Iâd just be back in the morning. Luckily when I went back in the morning and the manager refunded us, so I thought all was settled. Tonight I put in a mobile order to get my boyfriend food. I showed up about 10 minutes after the order said it was ready to find one of my sandwiches not done. The same girl went to help another with their order without continuing mine- at this point it was about half an hour after I put it in. I hear her offer for the woman she just started helping a foot long ghost pepper bread. Not thinking much of it, I just continued to wait until the man went into back to what I assumed was to start my other sandwich, but then quickly comes to me to tell me they are out of the ghost pepper bread I had ordered more then half an hour ago and sold the last one while I was actively waiting on my Order so mine had to be substituted⊠they obviously need a little more training when it comes to making orders in the correct way they come in, mobile order shouldnât be getting put off to people coming into the store because at the point what the hell is the point of mobile orders or having an app?

Or the first time this has happened. Got our order home, both sandwiches were on the wrong bread and my steak and cheese wasnât even heated. Call to voice our complaints and the girl was so rude. ReallyâŠcold steak and cheese? Donât order here

Tried to charge me $9 for a cup of spinach and a bunch of water logged veggies. Went next door and got two nice salads for a buck less combined.
