I had gotten sandwiches here many times, tonight I order the same thing I've gotten in the past - I eat it and find a dead bug in my sandwich. On a pickle that fell off my sandwich while I was eating, hope I actually hear from someone tomorrow as the two workers had "no idea" what to do/tell me after I told them what was in my food.

It's a subway. If you don't know this subway go to any subway there all the same.
Unfortunately, half the time you order online from this Subway it will be wrong. When you complain the teenager will tell you her mom owns the store and there isn’t a problem. It’s a very unusual situation.

Changed from 5 stars to 1! Was awesome, however multiple issues later involving incorrect orders, rude staff and even calling the store and the person having no respect whatsoever for the customer has really affected this store. Last straw that broke the camel's back was them not wanting to refund my two sodas that they never put in the bag which I have to now drive all the way back for. I hope the lady who was on the phone with me takes some lessons in bedside manner.

Walked in there with a party of 8 and saw two employees behind the counter.. unfortunately one of them was leaving and left the other guy by himself. I was extremely impressed with the way this specific employee was able to take all our orders in an efficient and professional manner. Two a t a time we fired out our orders at him and moved us right along.. very good job! Guy deserves a promotion

Destiny Who was working last night had a terrible attitude, was incredibly rude to all 5 customers that were in the store at 9:30 when they close at 10. Destiny even let her friends come in before close and did not have a problem with them sitting and eating, she also decided to talk to them about us coming in before close and how ridiculous this was. Hope to never see her again!
