We went several times this summer. Food and service was spectacular! Can't beat their steak and garlic smashed potatoes...yum! Sat at the bar and were treated like royalty and greatly entertained! Vivian is the greatest!

Interesting (in a good way) menu. Food was good. Now that it is off season, clearly draws a lot of locals. Service was friendly but lacked attentiveness. This is because the same person serving us was also tending bar, and the bar got most of her attention. Biggest drawback was the noise. We could barely hear each other at our own table. We will give it another try.

The whole experience from start to finish is fantastic. Bartender is phenomenal. She is friendly and great with the customers. Waitress is always so friendly and kind . The food is amazing . Go to The Locks and try their food and drinks, you won’t be disappointed. Many wonderful choices.The Chefs are doing a wonderful job. Great place to go with family and friends.

Went to The Locks Grill on Tuesday and couldn’t have had a nicer experience! Staff were so lovely and accommodating, food was 10/10 and overall atmosphere made it a really comfortable dinner experience. Thanks to Vivienne and all the team for looking after us so well! Will most definitely be back in our next trip ❤️

Food is excellent. Service is great. Just go there are food for everyone. I am vegetarian and my husband eat meat we both left happy. Probably the best restaurant in the area. The only thing is the ambiance could take some arrangements and change of color. Would love to see the place with a character … the blue and white felt like I was in a hospital … maybe some plants?

Cannot say enough good things about The Locks! The new menu is amazing, so many different options and with the additions of handhelds, something for everyone. The drinks are always exactly what you are looking for and the selection of beer and liquor is on point for my taste ?the only downfall… they aren’t open every day, so whenever you get the chance to check out - don’t miss out ??

Why?! …The neighborhood is so glad the Locks Grill is here! … Hurrah! For Vivian buying the restaurant during tough times n making a go go it. How brave. We’ll here to help her n her staff. Trying everything on the menu.I see some comments they miss the Black Bear. Yes. We all do, but you can feel the Irish songs, step dancing waitress, n smell the Guinness stew.! Your memories are in the walls, the ‘wee people’ still scurrying around … We miss John n Susan n wish them well. May Vivian find the pot of gold when the rainbow falls here again.The menu is bold n daring. As a guy I tend for the usual. ‘Real men don’t eat tofu’. But I tried it out on a date. Proved to be quite romantic with wine. So enjoy. Peek in. Mix it up with the summer folk, locals n travelers.Enjoy. Murphy

I had a terrible old fashioned. Bartender spent time talking with friends and shared a drink (a no no). Lobster pasta dish had no flavor at all. House salad was good. Major disappointment. Maybe still too new.

New digital system is hard to navigate and we found it took away from conversation we could have had with friends. Waitstaff were very kind and helpful but I did not like the automatic 18% tip!! Seafood was pricey and not as good as I thought it should have been. Sorry but we will go elsewhere when I’m Naples.
