I went through the drive thru and ordered 1 packet of ketchup, I specifically asked only ONE corner to be opened. I got to the window only to find out all FOUR corners were open! Quick drive through times though...

Went through the drive thru on Sunday, August 10th. Hot coffee, bacon egg and cheese on a muffin, and avocado toast.
10 minutes later, we got the order.
Got avocado toast with bacon. Turned around, went to door, and it was locked. You can't return the food to the door. Employee was smoking in between building and he told me to GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU AGAIN. Are you serious?? FINE. I did that. After 10 minutes, of waiting for a new piece of avocado toast, I gave up. When he finally decided to look at his order, he got sausage on his sandwich. No customer service. Do NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN.

I order the same thing every time I go. Every time something is wrong. I ordered 2 drinks, 2 sandwiches and 2 donuts. 1 drink was not what I asked for. Lemonade not green tea. 1 sandwich was not right. Not a hot honey, was a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. And never got my donuts. They push you to the second window and then never come back, even if you wait there! Most people are on they're way to work and don't have time to go back through and wait another 15 mins in line. I keep going back in hopes they will get it together.
Service is decent I suppose but it’s pretty sad to be out of literally everything by 11am. I worked at Dunkin for years and whoever does the ordering needs to do better because they know, and everyone else knows, how unacceptable it is to run out of your most popular products before the afternoon shift even starts. No blueberry muffins, no boston kreme donuts, and no orange juice. Those are the only things I came for so that was a huge waste of time.

Took a wrong turn and stumbled upon this Dunks. Happy accident! Have never seen a drive-thru only Dunks like this before and my dad (driving) is hard of hearing so I went into the small lobby. They happily serviced me inside, even though they really aren’t set up to do that. It was a guy and girl working and they were both SUPER nice. Served me quickly and correctly as well. Thank you!

How about fixing the mogal in the drive thru instead of taking my car to the earth's center core! It's been over a month....a little dirt filled until you can fix it?

Won't be back. We had tried this location before and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Very disappointing. Didn't have what we wanted, order was wrong and we were overcharged. Staff appeared to be disorganized. Could do better.

I’ve been a customer of this store for the last year and a half and the only reason why I kept going back was because of one of your employees named Wendy. She was always pleasant and made sure that my order was correct even after someone else messed it up, I just learned that she will be leaving and that saddens our hearts she was the best thing up there

The workers here are great they are very friendly and prompt always! One even payed for my coffee a long time ago when my card wouldn't work! Service is amazing, what's not amazing is this location always being out of stock for everything every time I go there, last time they didn't have refreshers or even large ice cups and instead of offering me something different I had to figure out what else to have as it was done on a mobile order, this happens frequently with food as well I'll order on the app, go there, get asked to go to the other window and then come be told they dont have the food or be stuck waiting for part of my order but usually both, food is usually cold and the unorganization of getting people the complete order can be pretty annoying. Again I don't think it's due to the regular workers per say but maybe management needs some managing and you guys need to order some inventory cause that's ridiculous.
