Took a wrong turn and stumbled upon this Dunks. Happy accident! Have never seen a drive-thru only Dunks like this before and my dad (driving) is hard of hearing so I went into the small lobby. They happily serviced me inside, even though they really aren’t set up to do that. It was a guy and girl working and they were both SUPER nice. Served me quickly and correctly as well. Thank you!
I’ve been a customer of this store for the last year and a half and the only reason why I kept going back was because of one of your employees named Wendy. She was always pleasant and made sure that my order was correct even after someone else messed it up, I just learned that she will be leaving and that saddens our hearts she was the best thing up there
The workers here are great they are very friendly and prompt always! One even payed for my coffee a long time ago when my card wouldn't work! Service is amazing, what's not amazing is this location always being out of stock for everything every time I go there, last time they didn't have refreshers or even large ice cups and instead of offering me something different I had to figure out what else to have as it was done on a mobile order, this happens frequently...
