Don't waste your time!!! You will wait no matter if order ahead or no one in line and order will be different or wrong most everytime!! Ask for something on the side (willing to pay for it) Nope won't allow it even though ALL other DD happily will GIVE you a little cup of sauce! Treat people as less then and they will reciprocate by spending $ elsewhere!!!

Good coffee and donuts. The staff at the Newburgh store needs to learn some customer service skills. Nit a good morning, thank you for coming, need anything else from a one of them. I use the drive thru and am ready to stop coming there because of the poor attitude I sense.

There's this one girl named Stacey who when I go through drive through or walk in always had my coffee or food perfect she's always helps me and a pleasure to be around don't know what I would do without her amazing personality first thing in the morning and after a hard day at work she just brings my mood up
I visit at least once a year to see if they improve. I used to like Dunkin, but the coffee seems watered down and expensive, the donuts pre-made in a factory and trucked to each location (at least in my area), so they are usually cold and not as fresh as they should be. Some people still like it, but I would recommend a local bakery, Tim Hortons, or Krispy Kreme.
