I tried as a new local to love it, foods always wrong and cold, or still has the wrapper on my cheese on a made Sandwich.. then they're ignorant about fixing it then it's 50/50 if what you get next is an improvement or just all together wrong. Then they shut down the inside and claim lack of staff so it's kiosk only and they don't help with the kiosk. Kids and idek what working here and the environment attitude is you get what you get not what you pay for sad most dunks are going this way maybe we need tims around or something

I asked for a bagel at Newburgh Dunkin and got a MINI bagel. Doesn't say mini bagel on my order slip. This is a deceptive business practice which can be investigated by the Maine AG. You put MINI in front of bagel..no issue. But you serve it and be deceptive? You'll be getting a phone call.

The crew was OK. The caramel latte with whole milk was terrible. It was under filled by over and inch from the top of the cup. The latte was burnt and or the whole milk was not put in or the milk was almost curled. I travel all of new england and this was the worse latte served to me anywhere. Too bad I am on my way home with 4 hours drive home. I should have tasted before I left. I waited like 11 minutes for a latte and donut and it was dead. The latte cup was never put out on the pick up rack and was waiting on the counter like it was forgotten. I had to ask where my latte was then they found it and STILL had to get the donut cuase the order was not completed correctly. Blueberry glazed donut was great.

The woman who took my order had the personality of a dishrag. This was at the Dunks at exit 174 on 95 in Maine at 0600.

Waited on front counter for 23 minutes to have my order taken with only 2 people in front of me. When I asked why front counter was being ignored I was told they had one person for counter and they had to prioritize mobile and drive thru. I worked in fast food many years and understand the need to prioritize certain parts of the restaurant, but at some point someone needs to be smart enough to close the inside counter or mobile ordering in order to best use the staff they do have, Unfortunate for the staff they do have that nobody is managing things more efficiently.

The sourdough sandwich needed butter but was delicious when added it. Some of the tables and chairs were a little dirty but the staff was super nice.
