Nice folks who are happy to accommodate for allergies or dietary restrictions if they can. They don't have many 'vegan' options but I can still have a wonderful meal with my non vegan family, thanks to the servers and kitchen staff being so kind ?Dietary restrictions: All you have to do is ask nicely and they will help you find an option that will work for you! Delicious food and most of the vegetarian dishes are easy to veganize

I live in Rhode island, when I visit my parents in Maine, this is where I want to be. 6 hr drive is so worth it, from the service ( friendly helpful waitresses to the out standing flavored food) Everyone has to try at least once. Such a great investment there's even a game room for the kids.

The parking lot was about full, but we barely had to wait for a table. The waitress was very pleasant. The spinach alfredo appetizer was delicious! Both of us ordered dishes with the yummy chorizo. The fried ice cream looks very appealing, and is like a meal in itself. This place has been here for years. There's a reason!

Hello ! Great waitress we tipped her WAAAY Good,, in cash, no tip-out weekly bullshit We were the early table that ordered wings (dip fried nugs though ) medium with BC and Ranch It was as expected and tasty Great Ranch and BC dressing choices The main came out right after we got our app.. Eh OK.. I noted 'that was fast' .. shit kitchen no training timing though,, I might have ordered a drink, but NO TIME We already started, the chicken nuggets (again NOT wings ) were OK The Blue Cheese dressing was excellent. So we started on the.Nachos Supreme (Nachos Appellate Court maybe ) -- nope.. poor cousin of a real supreme Scant beef and it was cold, not warm. Almost tepid.. no seasoning to speak of .. not much pico, beef or beans,, dusting of cheese, where was the lettuce again ? This was supposed to be the star of the show and it was not up to 2 star dish [Cheese not near melted, beans were .. well Morgan Freemans face ? . but room temp Yeah, skin tags of black beans C'mon You no longer do fish tacos, the menu is limited.. you could at least oversee and train a line cook to put out a decent representation of the listed menu item as advertised.. -- the correct temperature of components is assumed I DID ASK for a micro wave warm up and I would have been ok. But the waitress told me that was out of bounds... .food law sez no. Even though that is what I did with this re-do order when I got home. .eating it with salsa now. I worked in culinary for 12 years,' Your issue is not front of the house, it is training a passion for food in the back. Don't whine about hiring talent FFS , get in there if you need to Mr Invested ! Temps / timing / seasoning A Cantina serves food to drinkers. A SW grill does other things PICK ONE Train your cooks. Or serve to drunks I come up once a year this is year 3 I have worked as a temp at a warehouse where workers buy special support shoes. Potentially thousands of dollars in business for you. You short cash or long plan ? As for me, today , you have entered NO cash

I'm very disappointed with the amount of food for the price. I ordered a medium steak fajitas with no rice, instead extra peppers and onions. I didn't get the extra. And the amount for $13.99 is ridiculous. I paid $7.99 for chips and queso, the container was half full. The salsa was too sweet.

Ignore the negative reviews on here - those people are nuts. Cervesas is a hidden gem smack dab in the middle of Maine. We found it the first time we went up to Moosehead Lake and now anytime we're heading that way it's a must stop (as long as it's btw Weds - Saturday when they're open!). Saw some guy say he's from California so he knows good Mexican. Well, welcome to Maine and you don't know what you're talking about Cali. (Most of the Mexican food in Cali is high falutin fare -- Cervesas is Southwestern / Tex Mex style - ya know, the good stuff)... and I'm originally from NYC, have been to Texas more than I can count, 9 times in Mexico, more times in fancy Cali than I can count... Cervesas is the bomb (and if they have their steak bomb sandwich on the menu, get it and order a burrito or fajitas to take home for dinner later). Thanks guys see you on Thursday. Pumped.
