Worst sushi I've had in a long time. Many things from texture, to freshness, to some being inedible. All hibatchi food was ok. Just no for the sushi!!

Decided to try the food. I enjoy kobes. My mistake!! I do have blond hair but when the waiter watches me pull a blonde hair from under the rice. Then to be told it could not be from them.. How did it get in the bottom of the bento box? Obviously the waiter who saw me pull it out and ran over to take it knew something the manager didn't. I will not go again! Nasty!!

Absolutely Delicious!!!! Our food was so good, the presentation was beautiful and the service was amazing! Finished dishes were quickly cleared, super nice staff, and my friends and I had a really great time. I will be back with my family.
We just moved to Hermon Maine from western New York. Still exploring restaurants, points of interest, shops, etc. Took a chance at this restaurant and we were glad we did. The waiter and service was a high five. The calamari was delicious. My husband had the filet mignon teriyaki that came with salad and miso soup. The filet was so tender and he even ate the soup. I had onion soup which was very very good. Especially satisfying on a chilly full moon night. And also the vegetable yudon noodles (the wide noodles) dish, with peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli was filling. Will be definitely back.

Mediocre food at best. Cannot confidently substitute gf choices and what they do offer for gf is limited. Service is difficult and atmosphere is just a few clicks above kind of gross.

Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian myself, and they have many options, they have veggie sushi and for the hibachi you can get vegetables with your rice.

Didn't opt to sit at sushi bar just too loud with hibachi but that's ok, seated in booth, waitress nice enough , friendly and fast. Got lunch special 2 rolls and miso soup, and also fried calamari app. Soup of course came out fast, not too salty, but like only 1/2 teaspoon of combined seaweed and tofu. Calamari I thought too soft and dipping sauce wasn't flavorful. Eel and avocado roll was ok, California roll wasn't typical fake crabmeat that we are all used to and expecting, was mushy different mix. I've had worse in Maine though. Not authentic Japanese maybe good for hillbillies in area but not for someone who knows sushi from CT, NYC, or JIros in Tokyo
