Typically we are big fans of harvest moon, I often have my husbands lunch delivered to him at work from there. However, I was informed the Columbia St. location was closer so I ordered from them today instead of our regular location. HUGE mistake. I repeated that this was a delivery order 3 different times and the guy taking my order repeated the delivery address to me. Here it is 2 hours later and my husband is still waiting for his lunch. I call, and basically was told "it got put in as pick up, not delivery. what do you want us to do?". No customer service at all, no attempt to make it better, just 'oh, sorry he did that' No big deal to them, they aren't the ones waiting around for their lunch. definitely will not be back to this location if at all.

We love this small sandwich shop. $12 average but loaded with meat. We have never been disappointed with any sandwich bought. Pickles are great and wrapped individually. Our favorites are the Feel like Bacon Love and Steak me home tonight. Both excellent and we’ve never had a problem with the young adults working there like I’ve read in other reviews.

We ordered multi sandwiches and a couple of cups of Broccoli Cheese soup at the Augusta store a few days ago. Soup was all water and had a few small pieces of broccoli, tasted sour and both people that had it complained of stomach issues later in the day and the next day. One of the guys who had the Rueben called out sick with stomach issues the next day. Sandwich's way overpriced and out of all the sandwich's we ordered nobody like any of them. Never again

Food is fine. Small sandwiches and very expensive for what you get. 1 staff was sitting in the booth when we walked in. 1 was trying to look busy out back by the food. And the last was hunched over the register and didn't even bother to sit up or remove his hand from his chin and mouth when he spoke to us. Probably won't be back.
I absolutely love harvest moon. Everything is always so fresh and tasty at every location I go to. Always have a great experience when I have been. Only thing I would change is add an Ellsworth location so I can go more often ☺️

Excellent customer service, friendliest employees, super fast service, delicious food! My only complain is the potatoes in the Waterville potato salad is softer than the Bangor area one and doesn’t hit the same. When I was in college, I got the wrong sandwich, and they immediately refired the new one, AND my bag came packed full of pickles (my favorite) because they take the time to get to know their regulars. On top of that, one of the employees walked my order down the street to me at my workplace so I didn’t have to come back out! Nothing but nice things to say about the people and this place!!

Wow! "Olive and let die," on focaccia threw a party in my mouth and it was epic! The only complaint I could possibly have would be that it didn't last longer. ?. Can't wait to try more on this menu ?
