McDonald's offers fast food that's what you expect, with a clean store and polite staff. The Ronald McDonald House is above and beyond. The Big Mac and large fries were not as fresh due to the busy day, but the price and quantity were satisfactory. The self-service terminal was used, so service rating is not applicable. Extremely kid-friendly with a still existing PlayPlace. However, service can sometimes be slow, with some orders taking nearly 15 minutes even when the restaurant is not busy. Some items, like the McDouble, may have barely any ketchup or mustard. Customers should be aware that the PlayPlace may be temporarily out of service or under renovation, and windows might be covered during these times. The staff should also remove paper signs on the cash registers directing people to self-service kiosks, as they can cause confusion. There was also an issue with a hashbrown not being included after payment, and questions about decaf iced coffee resulted in a rude response from staff. Overall, the location is good, but attention to service details could improve the experience.
