Drive Thru at around 830pm in Newport Maine Ordered two whoppers and the burgers were not fresh . The meat seemed to be dried out like it had been sitting in a tray all day.

Extremely rude, came in for mobile order which was wrong however when I asked for ketchup some little punk put up his hand and said “no I’m on my break”. Then proceeded to ignore me along with everyone else for another 5 minutes. Appalling. Attitude are usually poor at this location this morning was reduculous.

We have lived in Pittsfield for 20 yrs. This location is closest. The service and food are terrible. We must have at least 20 free burgers in the "book." I no longer go here. (The food makes me ill), but the hubby does. Even if you place an order with no modifiers (no pickles or extra mac sauce) They can not get the order correct if more than 2 burgers are ordered. Lol. I dont think I have ever been to the drive-thru and not asked to pull forward and park because they can't get the food out. It's the norm to wait about 10-15 minutes parked for food after you have received drinks. I have posted a lot of reviews, and this is the only negative one I have left. They have been awful since 2005, lol. I stopped eating here a couple of years ago, but I am frequently a passenger in the car when the hubby is the mood for a greasy burger. Even with just food for him, no modifiers, no shakes, not during prime eating time, we are still asked to park. It's really kinda sad. Maybe twice a year, I will grab a fish sandwich with extra sauce, but only in Waterville, hahahaha

slow 20-30 min wait minimum everytime i go here, food is always average at best, they disabled mobile orders to slow down traffic and to prevent people from getting deals or using free rewards points. It's insanely dirty, and customer service is basically no existent at this location.

Advertise 2 pies for $2, I bought two, I get too the window, they say they don’t have 2 pumpkins, said they would sub an apple, I said fine, they said your only getting one as I got home and there was one lol.
I was very highly disrespected at the drive thru window tonight. I have no voice and the guy had a hard time understanding me. He was very respectful about asking me to repeat. When I got to the window, they gave me 3 sodas with ice. I asked for one without ice because I have sensitive teeth. I was polite and said I asked for no ice. With an attitude she said the screen didn't say no ice. I said he probably misunderstood me because of my voice and asked for a new drink. She states they can't do that, and I asked since when. She said always. So I asked for a spoon so I could get the ice out, when she looked at her coworkers with a very unprofessional look on her face and was laughing as I overheard the conversation as the window was shutting. I didn't appreciate being treated as a customer by her.

The drive thru line was out in the traffic going and kept putting people in parking spots because they were backed up on orders. Ended waiting for our food for 15mins. We ordered chicken nuggets and fries.
