Robin, one of the “managers” was VERY rude!! Another customer and I were waiting to order, Robin and another worker had noticed the other customer and I but never greeted or even bothered to see what she or I needed! I had to loudly ask if there was anyone that was able to help us and take our order. I figured that we would get some help but instead we were told we are supposed to use the kiosk! I have never used the kiosk as I had always gone thru the drive thru with PLENTY of bad results on that as well! I haven’t been to this location in over a yr because of the last round of problems at the location! I left that location today and went across the street to Burger King. I will not bring my wife nor 3 grown adult children nor my 9 grandchildren to your Golden Arches anymore! You NEVER make it right! Consumers are constantly robbed of their hard earned $ because of the lack of awareness while preparing the orders and items are forgotten or complete wrong orders being handed out!I for one am tired of seeing this happen to me, my family and my friends and and their friends.I will be ranting on Facebook, and all other social media including my blogs, blogs, and domains I own! Ya should have done better and fixed the issues!!!!

Iv been here a handful of times and I swear everytime I go the experience gets worse and worse. Every single time I go without fail I have to pull to the side, yes, even with no one in the line already and takes 10-15 min for 2 burgers and fries. On top of that my large fries get filled half way every single time. If I’m paying for a large fry do not fill the fries to be a small.

I very rarely get McDonald's, but every time I do it's a disappointment in Newport. I went there tonight, they don't have pies (I called it before we even got there) the fries were cold and SO salty you can't even eat them, not to mention it was a half of a medium fry.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude beyond belief. Our pickup order was thrown away after ten minutes. The app never indicated any time limit. The managers literally laughed in my face, talked audibly about me and refused the refund. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to by far and they have the worst attitude.

Very disappointed, I had an online order and nowhere on anything did it say that there was a time limit. They threw away my food after 10 MINUTES! And I live 20 minutes away. Had no clue there was a time limit. And they refused to give me a refund of my money. Everyone was completely rude and no one could be bothered. I even called later to fix it and was laughed at and hung up on by the manager. Never going to McDonalds again. Certainly not this one.

Just drove from mass to Newport me buy2 double cheeseburgers and6 piece nuggets,$14.75 drive to Camden bank parking lot cold ,nasty this is right at 10 minutes of 12 lunch,if they want it back its,being eaten bye birds I'll give them there trash back for 14.75 manager or owner of franchise should be ashamed ticket #07682134502102411429001475 store number #7682

I rarely stop at McDonalds but yesterday I had take out. My 2 orders of large french fries were barely warm. They were also stale and some were burnt on the ends. The cheese on the fish sandwich was unmelted, the sandwich was cold, and they used the wrong bun, which is usually steamy and good. This one was dry, and thick. I should have turned around and requested a new order but was immobilized by disbelief. Also the window attendant was in such a rush doing who knows what she practically threw the bag at me and disappeared into the main part of the kitchen. Very disappointed.
