Great diner style food. Well prepared and decent portions however I've noticed that the wait staff tends to focus a lot more attention on their regular customers. Leaving behind to go orders and unfamiliar faces to wait extensive periods of time just to be seated. I've witnessed them skip right over people waiting to be seated. Ignoring them completely as if they weren't even standing there. To serve the regular customers first. It really puts a bad taste in your mouth before you have even been seated and it really shouldn't be left up to the cooks to keep this business a float. I'm sure they bring in a lot of revenue but it's this kind of service that can really kill a place. It takes everyone to make the experience satisfying.Unfortunately I cannot say that there hasn't been a time I've gone here and not witnessed this kind of treatment toward others... It's a true shame...

I live 2 hrs from my granddaughters, I picked them up, for the weekend. I had had a positive previous experience. This time, I experienced multiple tables on the opposite side of the restaurant that arrived up to 20 or so minutes after us, and they were served 5 to 10 minutes before we were. When my youngest granddaughter notices, I really take note. We were there for over an hour and a half, and those people that arrived after we did left before we were even served our dinners.
