Newport Diner is everything you'd want in a small local eatery. I saw that they make their own sausage in house so I had to get some sausage and scrambled eggs with cheese. The sausage was delicious my meal came with two large patties. The coffee was excellent too - it'll "put some hair on your chest" as my grandmother used to say - meaning it's strong coffee - just how I like it. There were two ladies working the place and they were a well oiled team, friendly, and fast. They made me feel like a local. The day I went it seemed everyone knew everyone there. The menu is everything you'd expect a diner to have. Tons of breakfast options, burgers, sandwiches, and check the board for daily specials. The diner itself is clean and cozy, plenty of parking in the lot and down behind as well. There is ramp for wheelchair access and the dining area is broken up into three sections. Two out front and one out back. The food was excellent, portions were generous, I was admiring what others were having as well and no one left hungry! If you ever find yourself on a lazy Sunday morning hit the Newport Diner, it's def. worth it!

First time here. We stopped in on Sunday around 11:45am and found out that Sunday is their "only breakfast served all day" day.I had the Reuben Omelette (first time ever to not have it in sandwich form) and it was phenomenal! My wife got french toast and the "build your own omelette" with Spinach, ham, and cheese. The food came out hot and fast and our server Randi was super. Give this friendly little diner a try! You won't be disappointed!

Very pleased with our visit. A small diner with big taste! Ordered a burger it was delicious. Also ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was fresh and a whole chicken breast. No skimping on food and service was very good. Friendly and very attentive. If word of mouth helps this little diner I have been bragging about it since I went there!
