Food is normally good when they don't mess up my order, which they have .Every year on my sons Birthday. And don't seem to care that they do for the amout of money we spend shouldn't happen.
Get sick every time I've ate there manager tried to over charge me on a pizza claiming a pepperoni pizza is a two topping pizza bunch of crooks

How can you people mess up a pizza? It's the most easiest thing to make. Download an app called, "Good Pizza, Great Pizza" from the app store; (it's on both Android and Apple phones) and learn how to make a pizza correctly.
I got my pizza tonight and I got a "Create Your Own" with green peppers, pineapple, bacon and Italian sausage and someone added onions and ham when I didn't even ask for it. Get it right.
Use your brain if you have one.

Worked 10 hours today doing deliveries. Needed to be sure the kids were happy, fed and ready for school tomorrow. Like Most People in this country, I am struggling and trying to be the best parent I can be. So I asked my wife to call in an order. She was hung up on twice. This was at 8:45 pm. It is now 11:12 . They told her 9:45. Still no food or call back. I've worked in the food service business for 28 years as well. This is pathetic. My son complained when she ordered (again I am a very good cook,and he has a nice palate.) He said it was too greasy, which I agree with. But recommend getting the stuffed crust, which is actually good(usually). Wouldn't actually be able to give even 1 star to such a pathetic bunch. Good luck, and I have a strong feeling you will close with in the year. Not even able to submit without a star which is undeserved.

The order was 15 minutes late according to their pickup time. The bread sticks were not cut into strips. Marinara sauce ice cold, assume came out of cooler.

Food was great. Staff seemed annoyed to have customers. It was a holiday so I guess I can't blame them.
Employees at this store have ugly unwelcoming facial expressions, food was mid customer service was trash.

Ordered online, spent 73.20 on a decent sized order. went to pick it up, and upon getting home, opened the boxes and realized they messed up 2 of our pizzas, one of which I was being upcharged for (used a deal but upgraded to stuffed crust) both were supposed to be stuffed crust, with creamy garlic parm sauce, what i got was one was regular crust, and both with marinara. I also ordered cheese sticks, and they weren't cut at all. When you pay over 70$ for a family dinner, you hope that it's how you ordered it, so I'm not gonna lie, I'm bummed.

Food is usually good, they keep it pretty clean and the servers are always very friendly and helpful the only negative I would say is that I've been several times on a Friday evening and the dining room seems under staffed. Not sure if it's just that they don't have enough people but there can be longer wait times.
