It's fast fast food,but be aware to CHECK YOUR BAGS before leaving!Most of the time, the food is made sloppy or extremely oh, lacking. In ingredients and or size and i've had to come back for missing items, 8 out of 10 times

Ordered a grilled cheese burrito and 3 order of nacho fries. Got home to a burrito that has no grilled cheese and beans added ( can’t stand beans) I called for a refund or to pick up the correct burrito and was told by the manager that he had a headset on and there was no way that the order was put in different from the way I ordered. I know what I order. Will not be returning

Explain to me how I ordered a burrito with no beans and tomatoes and they proceed to have the audacity to tell me that “no beans in a burrito DEFEATS the purpose of a burrito”. If I could rate the service any lower than one I would have rated it in the negatives…. The employees need to have better service and appreciate there customers more!!!

You guys should seriously start reading your stickers to make sure your making the order right!! Oh and make sure your packing the food in the right boxes!! Every thing was made wrong. and mixed in the wrong boxes!! Seriously getting sick of this location!! Im not trying to be that guy but come on people i have worked in this kind of customer service job it's not that damn hard!!!

$27 for lunch, 5 taco's and a fountain soda between two people! Using the kiosk was painful, every item had to be customized separately and at additional cost. 50¢ for onions per taco, as an example, and there was hardly any on the taco. I stopped customizing them fearing it wouldn't cost $40 by the time I was done. The value just wasn't there to justify the cost.

Food was great, they had my order done quickly, Lobby looked clean and parking lot didn't have any trash. My order To Go was placed in the DT of the local McDonald's, (I waited 20 minutes there for my wives 4 items and was late to pick up my own order with you guys)they need to take notes. Not only did you all beat their time by 17 minutes, the food was still warm. Great job you all

I went to this Taco Bell last night with a few of my family members and the order was delicious. Had some chicken nuggets with their spicy new sauce. Also had a supreme double Decker taco which was superb! The staff members were very friendly and really went the extra mile! Thanks for the great dinner last night. We appreciate it.
It does not matter what time I’ve tried to come here or how busy they are when I arrive/order. It takes 20 minutes or longer to get your order. This location can not possibly be considered fast food. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and only 1 person had ordered before me. Insane.

If the crew did less talking and more paying attention to orders people would not have to wait so long, 25 mins later we get our food and the fries are completely upside down! Who does that! Get it together, it's realy not that hard.
