Have to get there really early to snag some breakfast.
We were able to get a couple of treats: Raspberry cream horn and chocolate cream horn. Plus, a blueberry turnover!

Super awesome spot!! Amazing variety of pastries and good breakfast sandwiches. Friendly staff and very reasonable pricing as well!
Note that there is no indoor seating.
A short message of appreciation for the absolutely sublime strawberry rhubarb pie you made for me yesterday morning, June 25th! Our guests were totally blown away and so were we!
Thanks for being there and making such delectable treats, we'll be calling on you from now on for all our summer company desserts!

Went for a strawberry rhubarb pie, left with delicious breakfast pastries, pot pie, savory soup and a promise to return! Definitely worth every penny spent.

Possibly the BEST bagel I’ve ever eaten!!!!!! I stopped by this morning and ordered a bagel with cream cheese……it was crusty on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside with a slight hint of delicious sour dough. I’ve had many many New York bagels and yours topped them all! I often stop when heading south in the morning and have never been disappointed! There’s always a great selection of yummy pastry’s and soup!! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great baked goods, nice folks!

We just stopped in on the way to school, my only regret is not stopping here sooner in life. We tried three different items (Apple coffee cake, lemon pocket, and mushroom puff thing) and all three were amazing. We are hooked!
Just found this place. A friend recommended their bagels. Here’s the thing: bagels are popular, as well they should be. They were sold out a couple of mornings ago, so I settled for an egg, sausage, and cheese breakfast sandwich. It was delicious. I drooled over lots of other stuff but resisted temptation. Plenty of time to sample the goods. Atmosphere is nice, too. Friendly, bustling. I am looking forward to many happy returns.

Excellent pastries and great service!
Okay, this place is an absolute gem on Route 1. Quality all around! Fantastic food, great service! I want to address previous reviews about service because it's simply not fair to bash a small place like this over your perceived service levels. Like many small places, when they become popular and get busy, the staffing isn't there to support it. The folks at the Ginger Mouse are doing their absolute best to provide stellar products that, quite frankly, are some of the best in their class in this area. So if you're coming here on a Saturday morning thinking you won't have to wait 4 minutes to get help, you're wrong. Be patient; it's worth it. And if you can't be patient, go back to your overpriced Latte served to you by your favorite barista.

My kiddo says "this bakery is a 5 star bakery, id give them 10 stars if it was possible "? she said the Bismark was the best thing she had ever tasted.
Waiting for service and being ignored, man walks in orders exactly what my wife and I were waiting for. Takes the last three, I even made a point about being ignored, no comment. Baked goods were good. Coffee shop out side, nothing like cold lattes and mochas when you order hot. I think the staff didn’t heat the milk. We just left, I didn’t think the person working the coffee shop could handle asking for the order to be corrected. Just another tourist trap.
Great atmosphere! Pastries are delicious! Definitely deserves to be a frequent stop.
Very cute place. Food was great. Glad we stopped in. Breakfast pizza was way better than expected and my wife will not stop talking about the apple strudel.
Great danish
