Nothing like 7:37 PM and they outside sitting in a persons truck and watching customers for awhile at drive through speaker. customers who are regulars and so easy with them all was upset. So, it'll be ineresting.

Two years I've been going to Dunkin Donuts in the Somerset area. Unfortunately not all have been worth going back due to a number of negative experiences but this Dunkins has always, literally ALWAYS made the perfect ice coffee served with a good attitude. So, I would say after two years it's safe to give them five stars.

Stopped by this morning and waited in the drive-through for 19 minutes when I only had one person in front of me. Then, when she handed me my drink out the window, it was so full It dumped all down the side of my car on me and all over my cupholder. Not super impressed

Very slow drive though. Your food could be completely ready, and they'll just leave it in the window and not hand it to you, so your food is also usually cold

Ordered on the app and they didn’t have the sandwich that I ordered, only a big deal because they left me standing waiting for it for 5 minutes before telling me. They didn’t offer a replacement or a refund just looked at me like I was stupid for wanting something for my money. I ordered a $4.75 item and was able to convince them to give me two doughnuts as a replacement. Asked for a honey glazed and they gave me chocolate coconut. Beyond disappointed.

Training an employee on the register while I waited at the window just for them to hand me my order, which sat there quite awhile until I had to ask for it. Customer service first, then training when it's not as busy.

Dietary restrictions: They offer cow milk substitutes (oat, almond, etc.) at an additional price.

Parking: Kinda silly to have a couple of spaces right after the drive-thru. Only the owner parks there anyway.

I asked the worker to remake my turtle latte and still left with a nasty drink because he wanted to fight over how he cannot make a drink correctly. Yes it has milk IN IT, it’s not supposed to look and taste like solid milk when I get 4 mocha 4 butter pecan. Horrible all around I will never go back. Train your workers to properly use the espresso machine.
