I don't understand the reviews on this dunkin' donuts, I simply don't. Me and my family just stopped by and it's severely underrated. The staff was faster than any Dunkin donuts I've ever seen, and it was cleaner too. the food was great as per usual Dunkin donuts. I simply think that this was one of the most underrated dunkin' donuts in the entire state of Maine I kid you not... And after having such a great experience I have rated it 5 stars the rating that it should have gotten.

Horrible service they need to learn how to multitask. There was one person at the window and they told me they would be right with me but I don’t have time to wait 10 minutes to get a donut

Worst dunks I've ever been to.Tge longest drive thru time even when it's not busy. Was waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes with no one ahead of me. Finally, said hello to get their attention. They immediately said sorry for the wait, then proceeded to pay for my small hot coffee, employee was completely silent. This is the only dunks where this happens more often than not.

This Dunkin' location is one of the most dysfunctional locations I've been to. The quality and accuracy of the orders are terrible. I have gone to this location twice this week, and both the orders simple orders have been messed up. I was charged the incorrect amount, and after telling them the error, Christine and Ben were utterly confused. I even did the math for them, and they still did not understand the amount of change I was supposed to get back after they charged my card the incorrect amount. They randomly handed me 2 dollars and some change as they continued to give me the wrong receipt, knowing it was not the slip to my order. I was charged $15.97 when my order was $11.40. This is basic math I do not understand why it was so complicated nor why it was not resolved correctly. If you are going to hire minors to operate a location, the least you can do is incorporate basic math into your training program.

Food is fine, coffee is fine, but service can be disappointing. They are not that friendly. I get it, they probably do not love their job, but they could improve their friendliness. If you are looking for cheaper prices and better service, go to Aroma Joes in Newport.

Drive through ordered 10 munchkin and after driving off and opening box there were only 8. Took forever to get my order and I was only one driving through. Aroma Joe's next time.

I went in to this location on my way to work last Thursday the 2nd waited so long in drive through that I finally placed a Mobil order while waiting. I waited over 15 minutes in line. Then when I finally got my coffee it was horrible. There was enough ice cubes to float on top and that’s it, so the cream/sugar ratio was off. The coffee itself tasted awful. I called back and explained the situation but because I had to wait in line so long I didn’t have time to go back, or I would be late for work. She’s like if you come back today I can remake it. I told her I wouldn’t be back into norridgewock until next Thursday, could I pick it up then. She said yes. Got there this morning to pick up the coffee and they told me I never picked up my coffee (I assume they meant the Mobil order) but I did. The girl I spoke with said I needed to speak with the manager and she would be there soon. I waited quite some time about 10 mins just for the original girl to come slide a coffee across the counter and said my name I was like ummm thank you? They don’t even have the cookie butter anymore, so I’m not even sure what coffee they gave me. After I said thank you she walked off. I never spoke to the manager and they made me wait for what? A mystery coffee?

This is not the first horrible and slow service I had had there, but I assure you it will be the last.

Nothing like 7:37 PM and they outside sitting in a persons truck and watching customers for awhile at drive through speaker. customers who are regulars and so easy with them all was upset. So, it'll be ineresting.
