I've definitely had that happen on more than one occasion where part of my plate would come, then a long wait for the other part and somehow they think it's just normal. Oh and it appears they're back to serving microwave bacon. I literally will fall for this every time. You'll get decent quality for awhile then the food is suddenly ten times worse with a higher price tag yet. McDonald's has a much thicker piece of bacon. Well here goes another year of not going back. Why dont they just close if they hate being a restaurant so much?

What a very disappointing lunch experience with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
The server promptly took our order for drinks and food. We made it simple as my husband and I ordered the same food…2 hot dogs and fries…everything the same just x 2. From there it all went downhill fast!
There were 2 other tables ahead of us so we waited. The other tables were served. Then we wait and wait and wait. One plate of our food appeared on the kitchen window and sat under a heat lamp for about 25 minutes. The server had gone outside and was on the phone for quite some time totally oblivious that she had customers that needed attention. The other server (her mother) was totally clueless about the one plate of our food sitting on the window for quite some time. So the original server comes back in the building and notices the one plate of food but not a second plate. She and her mother went back and forth from the computer screen to the kitchen window and discovered that only 1 order of hot dogs/fries had been given to the kitchen. Ok…so what do they do now?
The mother goes in the kitchen and takes the lonely plate down and then comes out to our table. She had taken the 2 hot dogs and order of fries (which are now all cold and the fries had absorbed so much oil from being under the heat lamp that they were as limp as a noodle) and split it onto 2 plates….1 dog and 1/2 of the fries for me and the same for hubby. And said that the remaining order would be out shortly…..
So the other 2 hot dogs finally arrive, but minus the 2nd order of fries that belonged to it. Again, the server is totally clueless we didn’t get what we had originally ordered.
When it came time to pay the bill, I noticed that the check showed us being charged for 2 meals….2 hot dogs and 2 fries plus our drinks. I told the mother that we did not get the 2nd order of fries and that she had taken the original order and split the fries between the two of us. The expression on her face said it all…she was “busted”!! I saw what she had done and I called her out on it.
What is the most disappointing part of all this is that there was no apology for sub-par service. With businesses today struggling to survive, I would think that paying attention to customer service would be their priority. Guess not at this establishment.
The end of the story is that she removed the price of the 2nd order of fries we never got…..no apology…no nothing…no service recovery…. And no tip from us either. And we are very generous tippers no matter if it’s for hot dogs or a steak dinner.
We have crossed this place off our dining list.

Atmosphere is cute. And food is good, nothing too special. Service was terrible. One plate delivered at a time and 1 plate didn't even come! No apologies not even an excuse. Then found out it was the owner. If one owns a place you would think one would want to give their customers the utmost experience. Here on vacation and unfortunately will never come back.
Very nice breakfast we will definitely be back our first trip in was great . Eggs Benedict was super n my wife's omelet was perfect for her ? ??.. oh and the coffee ☕️ ok ??.

My family went here for Mothers Day this was my 1st time going here. The waitresses were awesome the only thing I would have to complain about was the time it took to get our food it was 90 minutes I understand the place was beyond packed. The food was great I'm sure I'll go again.Thank You Eva-Shataya for your service and also our other waitress

Usually love this place but came in today and whomever served my family and I brought over everyone else's food then "forgot" my meal for 15 minutes under the heat lamp. She kept chatting with other customers and never checked on the table until the cook said something. And then she made comments like "idk where it goes and maybe I will just box it and bring it home" SERIOUSLY.....look at the tables and orders.......NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL......it will be a while before I patronize this place again. Boxed it up and took it home because I an totally turned off by the horrible service. Really heat lamp on pot roast for 15 minutes.........
