We had a very nice dinner at the Nebo Lodge. The food was great as was the service. I highly recommend a trip there!

There are not many lodging options on the little island of Norrh Haven but even if there were, you’ll want to stay at Nebo Lodge. Angie and her staff are amazing!!! Even with a busy schedule, everyone took the time to make us feel special.
I feel like this is where I’d come if I were going to write a novel. It is so romantic.
Thanks again Angie for a great, quick trip. We look forward to returning and staying a little longer.

We had a person in our party with specific dietary restrictions. The waitress xained everything in the dishes so the guest could make the best decision. a delicious meal. The chicken liver pate was outstanding!

Nice littke place to eat on the island. Friendly staff and attentive, but seemed to rush us through dinner. Menu was limited, but offered fresh local items. The one downfall was that the restaurant was very loud. Not a great setting to have nice conversation with friends.

It’s hard to compare the Nebo Lodge to many places in Maine- it’s exceptional; which is why we keep coming back! We had our car unexpectedly not start up while waiting for the ferry and Angie, the hotel manager was phenomenal in helping us find a room. It helped us through a tough situation so much!
The restaurant food is fabulous and you really can’t choose a bad dish. Book in advance though and check with them on closed times! If you’re looking for a classic New England inn, the rooms here are also exceptionally cozy and comfortably set up in a New England shoreline farmhouse style. We love coming and staying for a few nights each summer. And North Haven is beautiful for biking, walking, kayaking and boating.

We love Nebo and make a point of going every time we pass by. This was the first time we sat outside on the porch. Food was outstanding as usual. However, by our 8pm reservation, they had run out of their two more popular items. The only reason I didn't give five stars across the board was the outdoor table was too dark to see your food. Temps dropped to low 60s and no outdoor heaters either. Still a great time, but addressing those would nail it.

My son and I were looking for a little get away and decided to try Nebo Lodge in North Haven. We both had never been there and were excited to visit. We hooped on the Ferry in Rockland and were on our way. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owner and shown to our rooms. The rooms were nicely appointed, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We relaxed for a while and then headed down to dinner. I cannot say enough good things about our dinner. I had the lobster pasta and my son had the salmon and they both were excellent. My son declared that it was the best salmon that he had ever had and the lobster pasta was cooked to perfection! My only caution is that the Lodge is an old building so the noise from the restaurant was loud so if you are a light sleeper who heads to bed early, you will want to bring ear plugs. Once the restaurant shut down for the evening all was quite and I had a great night sleep. There are 2 choices for breakfast, a complimentary continental offering or hot items at a nominal cost. Both options were very good. Who knew scrambled eggs could be so flavorful! I recommend Nebo Lodge whole heartedly if you want a fantastic dinner and a comfortable night sleep.

Great food and beautiful restaurant. Young server was anxious acting and pushing to get us out the door. We dined for approx. 1 1/2 hrs (starter, meal, and dessert). When we left the restaurant there appeared to be 8 open seats/ 2 tables in the dinning room and no parties waiting to occupy those open seats.

We have gone to NEBO over 10 times with several couples. Angie and Emma have been unbelievable with everything, and I mean everything, they offer. From cocktails on their beautiful deck to a delightful dinner menu and finally with their baked eggs for breakfast. You have a pleasant peaceful time.

We had a lovely, two night stay at the Nebo Lodge. The lodge is so charming and an easy walk from the North Haven ferry. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We also had a great dinner at the Nebo restaurant. North Haven is a beautiful and special place and Nebo fits in perfectly. Can’t wait to return!
