They are nice but they make the worst refreshers … I get a strawberry dragon fruit one and every-time I get it, it is so orange and it’s disgusting. It’s watered down or taste like straight up green tea. They need to be retrained on how to make them. These are supposed to be fuchsia pink, not orange. Such a waste of money because these are expensive.

This Dunkins was amazing until recently. I'm not sure what happened, but the old staff is gone. I don't recognize anyone here anymore. I came here every single day, until recently. Now I drive down the street further to another location if I can. The coffee isn't nearly as good anymore, the staff isn't as nice as the last crew, they frequently run out of stuff and don't mark it unavailable on the app, the trash is always full outside, and the signs have been messed up for weeks at the ordering station and nobody fixes them. It's like nobody here cares. With the other crew, it was fun to come here every single day. Now it's like what's going to go wrong this time

Horrible,wait 23 minutes in a drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me then when I get to the window I get handed a cup with coffee all down the side of it. Then get an attitude for asking for a new cup.

I bought the 12.99 50ct munchkin bucket today, pulled up to the window and they charged me 17 dollars for it, and the lid won’t stay on.

I went through drive through and was not even greeted and I explained that I had came in for a large Carmel craze ice latte and I received a medium pumpkin spice latte and I actually still had the medium not touched in my car to return it and asked if they wouldn’t mind making it correct I was told from a manager by the name of Nyomi to have a good day and I asked her why she was being so rude to me and said bye have a good day maaaaammm I drove to the window and I asked to speak to the manager and the young lady informed me that the lady Nyomi was the manager and I asked what did I do wrong and nyomi yells out good dayyyyy Maaammmmm again and everyone refused to give me her name they refused to give me corp office or a district manager or a general manager no names so basically I paid over 6$ for something that I didn’t get and they didn’t fix it’s so sad I am not sure if Nyomi was having a bad day and if that’s the case go home and please don’t take it out on for faithful loyal customers it’s NOT ok I will file a grievance and report this because it’s unprofessional and just NOT okkkk I would rather drive to Lewiston were the customer service is super and they get your order correctly

Took 20 minutes after ordering to get a coffee, a line to the door. The lady making her coffee was shooting the breeze with a friend who may or may not have been a customer, and playing on her cell phone.
I was greeted unpleasantly. Ordered 3 donuts and and figured that was easy enough for the stressed-out looking worker to handle. She came back and kind of threw the bag on the counter. I stayed pleasant and thought it might help her day a little. Nope, I got a glare instead. Hey, if you dislike your job this much, maybe working with the public isn't for you.

It's Dunkin.. and it's drive through food so there's that component. I find most days they are on point and a lot of days it seems they are short staffed but the staff that are there are busting their buttons to get your order right and quickly. We often use the app and so just have to say, on line pick up for so and so, and then wait through the line to get our stuff. The staff are always pleasant. It's not their fault if they are short staffed so be pleasant back. Thankyou. ❤️ And if you're in the rush I recommend using the app and ordering 5- 10 minutes out from your arrival time. When you get to the window it'll be waiting for you.
Vegetarian options: You can get your sandwiches with cheese and no meat. They have veggie bites, hashbrowns, donuts.. Avocado toast.. idk what else it's mostly my kids who go there I'm just the driver. ?
